【摘要】：正我們修道者修什么?白玉蟾祖師說:"內(nèi)煉成丹,外用成法",到元代也有人說是"內(nèi)煉成道,外用成法"。內(nèi)煉"成丹"了,也就是內(nèi)煉"成道"了。丹等同于道。所以從實(shí)踐的意義上說,"修道就是修丹"。"丹道"水平的高低體現(xiàn)和決定了修道的水平高低和成就。在世界宗教中,道教是唯一以"長生久視"為宗,宣揚(yáng)樂生、貴生的宗教。得道成仙,長生久視,是我們每一個修道者畢生追求的成就和境界。而修丹是達(dá)到這種境界的途徑和基礎(chǔ)。道教的修持方式很多,宋元以來最
[Abstract]:What are we practitioners doing? Bai Yuxun's ancestors said: "inside into Dan, external into the method," to the Yuan Dynasty, some people also said that "internal chain into the Tao, external into the method." The inside chain "becomes the Dan", that is to say, the inside chain "becomes the Tao". Dan is equal to Tao. Therefore, in the practical sense, "Taoism is Dan". The level of "Dan Dao" reflects and determines the level and achievement of the practice. Among the world religions, Taoism is the only religion which preaches joy and life. It is the achievement and realm that every one of us pursue all his life. And Xiudan is the way to achieve this state and the basis. There are many ways of practicing Taoism, the most since the Song and Yuan dynasties.
