煌煌巨著創(chuàng)新章——讀魏道儒教授主編的《世界佛教通史》

【摘要】：正前些日子,收到著名佛教學(xué)家、中國社會(huì)科學(xué)院學(xué)部委員魏道儒教授寄來的《世界佛教通史》(中國社會(huì)科學(xué)出版社,2015年12月出版),急忙打開來看:不是一本,而是一箱,整整的一大箱,14卷15冊(cè),800余萬字——稱其為"煌煌巨著",是一點(diǎn)都不為過的。書到手上,雖然是全新的,還散發(fā)著濃濃的墨香,但是從某種意義上講,這套書對(duì)于我來說卻也并非完全是"始知之""始見之"。十年前該書初立項(xiàng)時(shí),我就曾有耳聞;2012年12月31日,我又有
