【摘要】：明代的軍屯土地買賣現(xiàn)象較為普遍。過去我們一直苦于資料限制而無法進(jìn)一步討論軍屯土地買賣的過程。四張明代洮州衛(wèi)買地契紙的出現(xiàn),成為考察明代軍屯土地買賣的重要史料,使我們能夠重新認(rèn)識(shí)和評(píng)價(jià)明代軍屯的土地買賣過程與性質(zhì)。通過對(duì)文獻(xiàn)的分析可以判斷,洮州衛(wèi)軍屯土地的買賣可能會(huì)影響到政府征收屯糧子粒的任務(wù),但尚未影響到社會(huì)糧食的總產(chǎn)量。這應(yīng)是明代中期社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)日漸繁榮與軍屯制度日漸"敗壞"之間矛盾表象的內(nèi)在聯(lián)系之處。
[Abstract]:In the Ming Dynasty, the phenomenon of land sale in military villages was relatively common. In the past, we have been struggling with data restrictions to further discuss the process of land purchase and sale in Juntun. The appearance of four pieces of land purchase paper in Taozhou of Ming Dynasty has become an important historical data for investigating the land sale of military villages in Ming Dynasty, which enables us to re-understand and evaluate the process and nature of land sale in military villages in Ming Dynasty. Through the analysis of the literature, it can be concluded that the purchase and sale of Wei Juntun land in Taozhou may affect the government's task of collecting grain, but it has not yet affected the total production of social grain. This should be the internal connection between the prosperity of social economy and the deterioration of military and village system in the middle of Ming Dynasty.
