【摘要】：曹元弼《喪服例》是其《禮經(jīng)學(xué)·明例》中的重要一篇,但筆者根據(jù)《喪服》經(jīng)注和《禮記》經(jīng)注,認(rèn)為其中"凡大夫之妻於族親以尊降,妾不得體君,不降""凡女子子未嫁者逆降旁親及將出者,惟昆弟不逆降"和"子為母,妻為夫之父母,皆親親兼尊尊之從服"三條義例并不能成立。
[Abstract]:Cao Yuanbi's funeral dress is an important article in his study of the Ming Dynasty, but according to the notes of the mourning Sutra and the Book of Rites, the author thinks that "where the doctor's wife is respected by his relatives, his concubine is not appropriate to the king." No, "all women who have not married the next relatives, but not the Quentin defiant" and "son as the mother, the wife is the husband's parents, both kiss and respect for the obedience of the three laws can not be established."
