清中期至民國(guó)的徽州錢會(huì)

【摘要】:錢會(huì)是全國(guó)性的民事習(xí)慣,但在不同地方流行的會(huì)式不同。清代中期,在徽州較為流行的錢會(huì)會(huì)式,一是縮金式搖會(huì),二是平金式輪會(huì)。入民國(guó),徽州人又接受了堆積式搖會(huì),在民國(guó)晚期的谷會(huì)中應(yīng)用較廣。錢會(huì)是復(fù)式的借貸合同關(guān)系。在常見的會(huì)式中,中間位次最為尷尬,借到本金越少的越苦。位次靠前的是還本付息模式,位次靠后的為零存整取模式。但常見錢會(huì)中位次最高的收益,也僅相當(dāng)于徽州地區(qū)普通商業(yè)投資利潤(rùn);罩萑讼矚g邀會(huì),主要是因?yàn)殄X會(huì)的最高收益優(yōu)于田產(chǎn)投資?疾煲粋(gè)地區(qū)流行的錢會(huì)習(xí)慣,可以了解該地的借貸偏好和私人集會(huì)模式。以地區(qū)習(xí)慣等社會(huì)制度為中心的研究,就像考古學(xué)研究不同區(qū)域和不同地層內(nèi)的遺存物,可稱為"制度考古學(xué)"。相信不同區(qū)域的發(fā)掘和研究工作形成足夠的積累之后,即可進(jìn)行區(qū)域文化及其亞型之間的比較研究,并為重述大區(qū)域文化奠定扎實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:Money will be a national civil custom, but it will be popular in different places. In the middle of Qing Dynasty, the money club was popular in Huizhou. After entering the Republic of China, Huizhou people accepted the accumulative shake club, which was widely used in the late period of the Republic of China. Money will be a duplex contractual relationship. In the usual meeting, the middle position is the most embarrassing, the less the principal, the harder it is to borrow. The first order is the debt service mode, and the last one is zero-storage recovery mode. But the highest rate of return in common money is only equivalent to ordinary commercial investment profits in Huizhou. Huizhou people like to invite parties, mainly because the highest income of the club is better than the field investment. It is customary to look at popular money in a region and learn about its lending preferences and private rallies. The study of regional custom and other social systems is like archaeological study of relics in different regions and strata, which can be called "institutional archaeology". It is believed that the comparative study of regional culture and its subtypes can be carried out after the sufficient accumulation of excavation and research work in different regions, and lay a solid foundation for the restatement of regional culture.
