【摘要】：忠孝之道是中國傳統(tǒng)政治文化的主干。忠和孝都要求自覺地服從和維護權(quán)威,所以理論形態(tài)上的忠孝之道具有價值同一性。但在實踐中隨著忠孝價值地位的變化,忠孝之道又存在著不可調(diào)和的激烈沖突。忠孝沖突的理論基因是:忠孝沖突是人的屬性的內(nèi)在矛盾的體現(xiàn);忠孝沖突是君權(quán)與父權(quán)矛盾的體現(xiàn);忠孝沖突是公與私矛盾的體現(xiàn)。其實踐表征主要表現(xiàn)為:注重親情,就孝棄忠;舍孝就忠,以全大節(jié);忠孝兩難,殺身成仁。
[Abstract]:Loyalty and filial piety is the backbone of Chinese traditional political culture. Loyalty and filial piety both require conscious obedience and maintenance of authority, so the props of loyalty and filial piety in theoretical form have the value of identity. However, with the change of the value of loyalty and filial piety in practice, there are irreconcilable fierce conflicts in the way of loyalty and filial piety. The theoretical gene of the conflict of loyalty and filial piety is: the conflict of loyalty and filial piety is the embodiment of the inherent contradiction of man's attribute; the conflict of loyalty and filial piety is the embodiment of contradiction between monarchy and paternity; the conflict of loyalty and filial piety is the embodiment of contradiction between public and private. The main manifestations of its practice are: paying attention to family affection, filial piety to abandon loyalty; giving up filial piety to loyalty, with the whole section; loyalty and filial piety dilemma, killing body into benevolence.
