【摘要】：在宮省制度下,省官、宮官和朝官構(gòu)成了一個以皇帝為中心的三級分層體系,官員位于這個體系的具體層級,直接影響到他們的政治地位和政治前途。歷代皇帝為了有效行使權(quán)力、駕馭群臣,不斷遵照由"內(nèi)"制"外"、以"親"制"疏"原則對三類官員進行機構(gòu)調(diào)整和權(quán)力轉(zhuǎn)換。尚書省、中書省和門下省的相繼出現(xiàn)和三省六部制的最終定型,即是我國古代宮省制度下官員職務(wù)權(quán)力消長整合的一個縮影。
[Abstract]:Under the system of the palace province, the provincial officials, the palace officials and the court officials constituted a three-level hierarchical system with the emperor as the center, and the officials were located at the specific level of the system, which directly affected their political status and political future.In order to exercise their power effectively, emperors constantly followed the principle of "inside" and "outside" to adjust and change the power of the three kinds of officials by the principle of "pro-system" and "thinning".The appearance of Shangshu province, Zhongshu province and Menxia province one after another and the final finalization of the system of three provinces and six departments is a microcosm of the rise and fall of officials' position and power under the ancient system of palace province in our country.
