【摘要】：近代湖南人是一個較為活躍的群體,其中涌現(xiàn)的大量政治、軍事、文化人才,在近代中國舞臺上具有舉足輕重的地位。上海開埠后,逐漸成為中國走在現(xiàn)代化最前列的大都市,吸引了一大批外來移民。無論是數(shù)量名列前茅的江、浙、粵群體,還是老資格的閩、徽群體,都表現(xiàn)出較強的商業(yè)移民傾向,湖南人在上海落籍者從未以數(shù)量取勝,而落籍或流寓上海的湘籍群體,卻一度在近代上海政治、軍事和文教舞臺上表現(xiàn)相當(dāng)活躍。本文主要梳理和考察近代湖南人在上海的政治活動,分析湘籍群體在近代上海社會中有別于其它省籍群體的表現(xiàn)及特點。近代湖南人到上海發(fā)展有別于其它省籍群體。湖湘文化的熏陶培育了大量政治軍事人才,太平天國運動引發(fā)的湖南人向外發(fā)展機遇,以及近代上海城市特殊地位和城市管理方式,三項因素綜合疊加,使得湖南人在近代上海的活動以政治活動最為矚目。據(jù)筆者統(tǒng)計,在上海的湘籍名人群體當(dāng)中,有將近60%是政治軍事人物,湘籍旅滬同鄉(xiāng)組織的人員構(gòu)成中也有著相同的體現(xiàn),這是其有別于其他省籍群體的最大特點。1886年建立的湖南會館是由寓滬的湘籍官紳所立;而1934年成立的湖南旅滬同鄉(xiāng)會第一期會員當(dāng)中,政、軍、警、法等四類會員占據(jù)47%,超過了商界36%的會員數(shù)。晚清中國政壇上涌現(xiàn)了大批湘籍官僚,上海是湘籍官僚為官從政的一個重要城市,1873—1911年上海的23任道臺,其中湖南人占據(jù)了7任(6人),為各省之最。這些湘籍道臺在市政、洋務(wù)、對外交涉領(lǐng)域都頗有建樹。除此之外,清末上海還活躍著一批湘籍革命志士。他們在上海創(chuàng)設(shè)革命組織,辦報鼓吹革命,甚至還于1911年直接參與上海光復(fù)的軍事斗爭。民國時期,湖南人在上海的政治活動仍然較為活躍。表現(xiàn)在三個層面:一為辛亥之后,湖南政局動蕩不已,旅滬湘籍人士憑借各種社會團體,依托上海較為寬松的活動空間,為改善湖南政局而呼喊甚至請愿。二為湘籍中共黨員在中共建黨和開展工人運動方面建樹頗大。三為湘籍國民黨員及部分流寓上海的政壇名人也有形形色色的表現(xiàn)�？傊�,從晚清到民國,在上海社會的政治舞臺上,湘籍群體的參與度很高,湘籍群體的活動也以政治活動最為矚目。
[Abstract]:Modern Hunan is a more active groups, the emergence of a lot of political, military and cultural talents, plays an important role in the modern Chinese stage. After the opening of Shanghai, has gradually become China walking in the forefront of modernization of the city, attracting a large number of immigrants. Both the number at the top of the river, Zhejiang, Guangdong the group, or old Fujian, Huizhou group, have shown a strong business immigration, Hunan people in Shanghai who never came to win the number, and registration or living at Shanghai Hunan group, but once in the modern Shanghai political, military and cultural stage performance is quite active. This paper mainly combs and study in modern times in Hunan in the political life of Shanghai, Hunan analysis groups have different characteristics from other provinces and groups in modern Shanghai society. Modern people in Hunan to the development of Shanghai is different from the provincial lake group. Hunan culture to cultivate a large number of political and military personnel, the movement of the Taiping Heavenly Kingdom in Hunan triggered by people outside the development opportunities, and the modern city of Shanghai and the special status of city management, comprehensive superposition of three factors, the people of Hunan in modern Shanghai in political activities most attention.
