【摘要】：自夏商周到元明清,盡管中國(guó)王朝經(jīng)歷了多次統(tǒng)一與分裂的交替,但伴隨著多民族國(guó)家的發(fā)展,邊疆逐漸形成并固定下來(lái)。自秦漢王朝形成漢人居中心,少數(shù)民族居邊疆的格局后,歷代民族分布的大格局基本因襲不變,中原與邊疆形成了兩種不同的政區(qū),歷代王朝對(duì)邊疆地區(qū)的治理,經(jīng)歷了由羈縻統(tǒng)轄到中央集權(quán)直接統(tǒng)轄的發(fā)展歷程。如何認(rèn)識(shí)這個(gè)歷程,如何劃定古代中國(guó)疆域,歷代王朝對(duì)郡縣以外少數(shù)民族地區(qū)的各種作為是否屬于邊疆治理,不僅外國(guó)學(xué)者的看法不同,我國(guó)學(xué)者的觀點(diǎn)也有很大分歧。這直接關(guān)系到古代中國(guó)邊疆如何發(fā)展為今天的中國(guó)邊疆,古代眾多邊疆民族如何結(jié)成今天的中華民族這個(gè)重大的命題。這組文章是從中國(guó)自古以來(lái)是一個(gè)多民族國(guó)家的基點(diǎn)出發(fā),從邊疆經(jīng)略、政治統(tǒng)治、人口遷移、民族關(guān)系、軍事防衛(wèi)、經(jīng)濟(jì)開發(fā)、文化建設(shè)等方面探討中國(guó)歷代邊疆治理問題,其中既有宏觀的理論探討,也有具體問題的研究,力圖從多角度加深對(duì)中國(guó)歷代邊疆治理問題的思考和探討。
[Abstract]:From Xia, Shang and Zhou dynasties to Yuan, Ming and Qing dynasties, although the Chinese dynasty experienced the alternation of unification and division many times, but with the development of multi-national country, the border area gradually formed and fixed down. After the pattern of ethnic minorities living in the frontier, the great pattern of ethnic distribution in the past dynasties was basically unchanged. Two different administrative areas were formed between the Central Plains and the Frontier. It has experienced the development from Jimi to direct centralization. How to understand this process, how to delimit the territory of ancient China, whether the past dynasties' actions on minority areas outside counties and counties belong to the border areas, Not only do foreign scholars have different views, but Chinese scholars also have very different views. This is directly related to how the ancient Chinese frontier developed into today's Chinese frontier. The great proposition of how many border nationalities of ancient times formed the Chinese nation today. This series of articles is based on the fact that China has been a multi-ethnic country since ancient times, starting from the border classics, political rule, population migration, and ethnic relations. Military defense, economic development, cultural construction, etc., to discuss the governance of the border areas of China in the past dynasties, among which there are both macroscopic theoretical and specific problems. This paper tries to deepen the thinking and discussion on the governance of China's border areas from various angles.
