【摘要】：正一、"強人政治"到"常人政治"的歷史性轉(zhuǎn)換在歷史的長河中,"強人政治"是一種較為普遍的政治生態(tài)。放眼全球,任何一個國家的獨立、富強幾乎都是在"政治強人"帶領下實現(xiàn)的。但是"強人政治"具有時代性,不可能永續(xù)存在。于是,"退場"就成為"政治強人"不愿面對卻無法回避的政治宿命。從某種意義上講,"強人政治"到"常人政治"的轉(zhuǎn)換具有一定的必然性。1.政治使命的階段性。"政治常人"取代"政治強人"具有時代必然性。"政治強人"是一個國家或社會由落后走向先進的必備要素。這種
