論當(dāng)前中國的網(wǎng)絡(luò)民粹主義動員及其治理

【摘要】：網(wǎng)絡(luò)民粹主義動員是發(fā)生在網(wǎng)絡(luò)空間,運(yùn)用民粹主義話語來實(shí)現(xiàn)大眾動員的政治活動。當(dāng)前中國的網(wǎng)絡(luò)民粹主義動員,缺乏堅(jiān)定的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人物和明晰的政治規(guī)劃,往往由具體社會議題所誘發(fā),帶有明顯的情緒宣泄和大眾狂歡的特點(diǎn),在看似暴烈的話語背后隱藏著虛弱乏力、自我限制的本性。在主體維度上體現(xiàn)著意見領(lǐng)袖與普通網(wǎng)民之間的互動,交織著"為民之粹"的精英維度和"以民為粹"的草根維度;在發(fā)生邏輯上由不滿、怨恨和憤怒情緒所驅(qū)動,體現(xiàn)著情感動員的鮮明特征。網(wǎng)絡(luò)民粹主義動員的治理,一方面需要通過強(qiáng)化國家治理、社會治理來推動社會公平正義,從根本上改善網(wǎng)絡(luò)民粹主義動員的滋長土壤;另一方面需要甄別民粹主義動員的類別,強(qiáng)化危機(jī)管理意識,采取有針對性的疏導(dǎo)策略。
[Abstract]:Internet populism mobilization is a political activity that occurs in cyberspace and uses populist discourse to realize mass mobilization. At present, China's network populism mobilization, lack of firm leaders and clear political planning, are often induced by specific social issues, with obvious emotional catharsis and public carnival characteristics. Behind seemingly violent words lies the nature of weakness and self-limitation. The main dimension reflects the interaction between opinion leaders and ordinary netizens, interweaves the elite dimension of "populace for the people" and the grassroots dimension of "populism", and is logically driven by discontent, resentment and anger. It embodies the distinct characteristics of emotional mobilization. The governance of network populism mobilization, on the one hand, needs to strengthen national governance, social governance to promote social equity and justice, fundamentally improve the growth of network populism mobilization soil; On the other hand, it is necessary to identify the categories of populist mobilization, strengthen the consciousness of crisis management and adopt targeted strategies.
