【摘要】：在中國傳統(tǒng)文化中談及"民"的概念時,有一系列與之相配的名詞,如臣民、庶民、草民、順民、刁民、暴民等,惟獨缺乏"公民"概念的存在。之所以如此,是因為"公民"概念在我國的出現(xiàn)源自于戊戌變法時期,它是近代以來從西方傳入中國的一個極為重要的政治文化詞匯,從某種意義上講,正因此語一出,中國"家天下"的政治格局開始發(fā)生根本改觀。如何從政治文化比較研究的視角,就我國公民文化的國別特征、公民文化發(fā)展的曲折歷程、公民教育的主要任務(wù)、培育公民文化的實踐路徑等問題予以深入細致的學(xué)理剖析,構(gòu)成了本文研究的核心內(nèi)容。
[Abstract]:When talking about the concept of "people" in Chinese traditional culture, there are a series of corresponding nouns, such as subjects, common people, grass people, obedient people, diehard people, mob and so on, except for the lack of the concept of "citizen". This is because the emergence of the concept of "citizen" in China stems from the Reform Movement of 1898, which is an extremely important political and cultural word introduced from the West to China since modern times. The political pattern of China's "home world" is beginning to change fundamentally. From the perspective of comparative study of political culture, how to analyze deeply and meticulously the national characteristics of Chinese citizen culture, the tortuous course of citizen culture development, the main task of civic education, the practical path of cultivating citizen culture, etc. Constitute the core content of this study.
