【摘要】：春秋戰(zhàn)國(guó)時(shí)期是中國(guó)古代歷史上承前啟后的重要時(shí)期。在這一時(shí)期,社會(huì)各個(gè)方面都經(jīng)歷著一系列深刻變革,井田制遭到破壞,土地私有制開始出現(xiàn);周天子衰微,禮崩樂壞,諸侯爭(zhēng)霸迭起;官學(xué)衰落,私學(xué)產(chǎn)生,中央集權(quán)制開始形成,原來以血緣為基礎(chǔ)世卿制度也相應(yīng)地遭到嚴(yán)重的破壞。至戰(zhàn)國(guó)時(shí)期,士階層崛起,列國(guó)改革與變法風(fēng)起云涌,再加上各國(guó)開明統(tǒng)治者為了進(jìn)一步的加強(qiáng)中央集權(quán),開始逐步地削弱了貴族世卿之勢(shì)力,大都采取了一種不問出身、不重門第的“見功與賞、因能授官”的多元化選官委任制度,傳統(tǒng)的世卿制度逐漸地被官僚制度所取代,以上種種之因素?zé)o疑為下層的平民百姓進(jìn)入官僚集團(tuán)創(chuàng)造了一個(gè)很好的政治平臺(tái)。至此,一大批“布衣將相”開始作為一個(gè)特殊政治群體積極活躍于春秋戰(zhàn)國(guó)時(shí)期政治舞臺(tái)上。
[Abstract]:The Spring and Autumn and warring States period was an important period in ancient Chinese history. During this period, all aspects of society experienced a series of profound changes, the well field system was destroyed, the private ownership of land began to appear; the Zhou emperor declined, the etiquette collapsed, the princes scrambled for hegemony, the official study declined, and the private school came into being. Centralized power began to form, the original blood-based Shiqing system was also seriously damaged. During the warring States period, the rise of the scholar class, the upsurge of the reform and reform of various countries, and the enlightened rulers of various countries, in order to further strengthen the centralization of power, began to gradually weaken the influence of the aristocrats and ministers, and most of them adopted a kind of no-question birth. Due to the pluralistic appointment system of selecting officials, which does not attach great importance to merit and reward, the traditional Shiqing system was gradually replaced by the bureaucratic system. These factors have undoubtedly created a good political platform for the lower classes to enter the bureaucracy. At this point, a large number of "cloth clothing general" began as a special political group active in the Spring and Autumn and warring States period political arena.
