【摘要】：丁憂是中國古代喪禮制度的重要組成部分,最早可溯及兩漢,魏晉以后丁憂制度逐步發(fā)展,至拓跋鮮卑重新統(tǒng)一北方,積極學(xué)習(xí)中原傳統(tǒng)文化和社會(huì)制度,進(jìn)行全方位的漢化改革,使品官丁憂有了更為豐富的內(nèi)容和制度規(guī)范。仕宦官員作為北魏統(tǒng)治階層,是朝廷推行漢化和孝道的監(jiān)督者,也是規(guī)范執(zhí)行者,更須嚴(yán)格遵守丁憂守制的常制規(guī)定,這也是衡量其品階的重要標(biāo)志。在國家規(guī)定、仕宦標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、社會(huì)輿論等多方制約下,元魏品官丁憂制度得以良性發(fā)展,逐漸成為元魏官僚標(biāo)榜自身士族特性的優(yōu)秀體現(xiàn),并在墓志中著重刻畫,以至情至孝彰顯個(gè)人素質(zhì),促使著胡人貴族向中原士人的全方位蛻變。對于北魏丁憂制度的研究,除有助于我們了解北魏的政治以外,還可反映出拓跋鮮卑由蠻夷酋族逐步向中原文明靠攏走向成熟的歷程。
[Abstract]:Ding Wei is an important part of the funeral system in ancient China. It can be traced back to the Han Dynasty. After the Wei and Jin dynasties, the system developed gradually, and until Tuoba Xianbei reunified the north, he actively studied the traditional culture and social system of the Central Plains. Carry on the all-round Chinese reform, make the goods official Ding worry has the richer content and the system standard. As the ruling class of the Northern Wei Dynasty, the official officials are the supervisors of the Chinese and filial piety in the imperial court, as well as the standard executors, and they must strictly abide by the regulations of the regular system of "Ding worry-guarding" system, which is also an important symbol to measure the order of its quality. Under the constraints of the state regulations, official standards, public opinion and other factors, the system of official care in the Yuan Dynasty developed well, and gradually became an excellent embodiment of the family characteristics of the bureaucrats of the Yuan and Wei dynasties, and was emphatically depicted in the epitaph. Even the feelings of filial piety highlight personal quality, promote the Hu aristocrat to the Central Plains scholars all-around transformation. The study of Ding worrisome system in the Northern Wei Dynasty not only helps us to understand the politics of the Northern Wei Dynasty, but also reflects the process of Tuoba Xianbei gradually moving from the barbarian chieftain to the civilization of the Central Plains.
