【摘要】：方志文化從來都是小眾文化,局限于社會精英階層,傳播和利用極為有限。在建設(shè)社會主義文化強(qiáng)國的今天,方志界內(nèi)外都提出了方志文化大眾化的問題,并開始了方志文化由傳統(tǒng)的小眾化向當(dāng)代的大眾化轉(zhuǎn)變的探索與實(shí)踐。在黨和國家深化文化體制改革,推動社會主義文化大發(fā)展大繁榮的時(shí)代背景下,方志界應(yīng)當(dāng)抓住機(jī)遇,爭取將方志文化納入國家文化發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,成為國家文化發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的有機(jī)組成部分,從國家文化發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的高度規(guī)劃方志文化的發(fā)展和建設(shè),進(jìn)一步推動方志文化的科學(xué)發(fā)展,為經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)、社會發(fā)展和社會大眾服務(wù),為中華民族的偉大復(fù)興貢獻(xiàn)應(yīng)有的力量。
[Abstract]:Local chronicle culture has always been a minority culture, limited to the social elite, dissemination and utilization is extremely limited. Today, with the construction of a socialist cultural power, both inside and outside the local chronicle community have put forward the problem of the popularization of local chronicle culture, and began the exploration and practice of the transformation of local chronicle culture from traditional minority to contemporary popularization. Under the background of the Party and the state deepening the reform of the cultural system and promoting the great development and prosperity of socialist culture, the local chronicle community should seize the opportunity, strive to bring the local chronicle culture into the national cultural development strategy, become an organic part of the national cultural development strategy, plan the development and construction of the local cultural culture from the height of the national cultural development strategy, and further promote the scientific development of the local cultural culture and economic construction. Social development and public service contribute to the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
