【摘要】：非政府組織是一個存在于政府體系和市場體系之外的龐大的社會組織體系,是第二輪志書編纂中需要加強記述的一個重要內(nèi)容。在論述非政府組織的概念、類型、現(xiàn)狀及設(shè)篇(章)記述之必要性的基礎(chǔ)上,指出第二輪志書記述非政府組織出現(xiàn)的問題及原因,并指出寫好非政府組織篇(章)需要解決的問題:重點內(nèi)容和上下限,客觀記述,交叉處理,資料的收集等。
[Abstract]:Non-governmental organization is a huge social organization system which exists outside the government system and market system. It is an important content in the second compilation of annals that needs to be strengthened. On the basis of discussing the concept, type, present situation and the necessity of chapter (chapter) of non-governmental organizations, this paper points out the problems and causes of the second annals of non-governmental organizations. It also points out the problems to be solved in the writing of NGO chapters: the key content and the upper and lower limits, objective description, cross-processing, data collection and so on.
