【摘要】：現(xiàn)存河南地方史志資料中對(duì)近代河南的紅十字組織間或有記,但由于各種原因,相應(yīng)的創(chuàng)建記述卻多為概略,且時(shí)有錯(cuò)訛。因而,研究者對(duì)于地方史志資料的相關(guān)記述應(yīng)多加查核,謹(jǐn)慎利用。在相應(yīng)的研究過程中,研究者極有必要運(yùn)用紅十字組織的內(nèi)部資料與地方史志資料交叉驗(yàn)證比對(duì),以盡可能提高結(jié)論的可靠性,科學(xué)確定各地紅會(huì)起始的真正"源點(diǎn)"。
[Abstract]:There are some records of the Red Cross organization in modern Henan in the existing local historical records of Henan Province, but for various reasons, the corresponding creation accounts are mostly general, and sometimes wrong. Therefore, researchers should check the local historical records and make careful use of them. In the corresponding research process, it is necessary for researchers to use the internal data of the Red Cross organization and the local historical records to cross-verify and compare, in order to improve the reliability of the conclusion as far as possible, and scientifically determine the real "source point" of the beginning of the Red Cross Society.
