【摘要】：棚戶區(qū)是由來已久的社會(huì)問題，它似乎伴隨著城市而生，伴隨著城市而長。近年來，棚戶區(qū)作為一個(gè)能深刻反映社會(huì)底層與城市發(fā)展關(guān)系的研究對(duì)象，有不少學(xué)者對(duì)其進(jìn)行了研究。如盧漢超、陳映芳等學(xué)者，從歷史學(xué)角度、社會(huì)學(xué)角度等出發(fā)，注重棚戶區(qū)居民的日常生活研究。 本文從空間視角進(jìn)入棚戶區(qū)研究，以城市更新與空間變遷雙重維度展開，注重階段分析與空間分析相結(jié)合、歷史分析與邏輯分析相結(jié)合、整體分析與區(qū)域分析相結(jié)合。在深刻分析城市貧困理論與城市居住空間理論基礎(chǔ)上，圍繞棚戶區(qū)的空間變遷及其影響因素等相關(guān)問題，從建國以前、建國初期、改革開放以后三階段展開棚戶區(qū)研究。 全文總共分為六章： 第一章是緒論。包括了問題的提出——兼論多重視域下的棚戶區(qū)研究，，本研究的理論基礎(chǔ)、分析框架、研究方法，以及關(guān)于棚戶區(qū)研究若干問題的說明。 第二章是建國以前上海市棚戶區(qū)空間變遷研究。以上海的時(shí)代背景為前提，分析了上海市棚戶區(qū)產(chǎn)生與發(fā)展的空間過程，并從行政空間、城市政策、兩次戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)、商業(yè)分布探討了對(duì)棚戶區(qū)空間變遷的影響。 第三章是建國初期上海市棚戶區(qū)空間變遷研究。主要從兩個(gè)時(shí)段展開研究：一是棚戶區(qū)初步改造時(shí)段(1949—1957)，包括棚戶區(qū)改造的二種類型、居民的三種變化；二是棚戶區(qū)穩(wěn)步擴(kuò)展時(shí)段(1958—1977)，包括行政空間、城市政策兩方面。 第四章是改革開放以后上海市棚戶區(qū)空間變遷研究。先是從80年代、90年代論述了上海市棚戶區(qū)空間變遷過程，再是從二級(jí)政府三級(jí)管理、產(chǎn)業(yè)布局、房地產(chǎn)開發(fā)分析了與棚戶區(qū)改造的關(guān)系，最后是對(duì)2000年上海市棚戶區(qū)分布現(xiàn)狀了作一個(gè)分析。 第五章是比較視野中的上海市棚戶區(qū)空間變遷研究。包括了市內(nèi)其它住宅類型的比較，如與石庫門、高檔住宅的比較；市外則是以國外貧民窟與國內(nèi)棚戶區(qū)的比較。 第六章是結(jié)論。分別從建國以前、建國初期、改革開放以后三個(gè)階段進(jìn)行了總結(jié)，并指出了研究中的不足之處等。
[Abstract]:Shantytown is a long-standing social problem, it seems to accompany the city and long-growing. In recent years, shantytown, as a research object which can deeply reflect the relationship between social bottom and urban development, has been studied by many scholars. Such as Lu Hanchao, Chen Yingfang and other scholars, from the perspective of history and sociology, focus on the daily life of shantytown residents. In this paper, from the perspective of space into the shantytown research, urban renewal and spatial change of the dual dimension, pay attention to the combination of stage analysis and spatial analysis, historical analysis and logical analysis, the integration of the overall analysis and regional analysis. On the basis of deep analysis of urban poverty theory and urban residential space theory, the research on shantytown is carried out from three stages before the founding of the people's Republic of China, at the initial stage of the founding of the people's Republic of China, after the reform and opening up, around the spatial changes of shantytowns and their influencing factors. The full text is divided into six chapters altogether: the first chapter is the introduction. It also discusses the research of shantytown under the multi-view, the theoretical basis, the analysis frame, the research method and the explanation of some problems in the research of shantytown. The second chapter is the study of the spatial changes of Shanghai shantytown before the founding of the people's Republic of China. Based on the background of Shanghai, this paper analyzes the spatial process of the emergence and development of shantytowns in Shanghai, and probes into the influence of administrative space, urban policy, two wars and commercial distribution on the spatial changes of shantytowns. The third chapter is the study of the spatial changes of Shanghai shantytown in the early days of the founding of the people's Republic of China. The research is mainly carried out from two periods: one is the initial reconstruction period of shantytown (1949-1957), including two types of shantytown reconstruction and three changes of residents, the other is the steady expansion period of shantytown (1958-1977), including administrative space and urban policy. The fourth chapter is a study on the spatial changes of shantytowns in Shanghai after reform and opening up. First, from the 1980s to the 1990s, this paper discusses the process of the spatial change of Shanghai shantytowns, and then analyzes the relationship between the secondary government's three-level management, industrial layout, real estate development and the transformation of shantytowns. Finally, the author makes an analysis of the distribution of shantytowns in Shanghai in 2000. The fifth chapter is a comparative study on the spatial changes of Shanghai shantytown. It includes the comparison of other residential types in the city, such as the comparison with Shikumen and high-grade housing, and the comparison between foreign slums and domestic shantytowns outside the city. Chapter six is the conclusion. This paper summarizes the three stages of reform and opening up before the founding of the people's Republic of China, the initial period of the founding of the people's Republic of China, and points out the inadequacies of the research.
