【摘要】：2009年的北京研究呈現(xiàn)出以下三個突出的特點:一、在慶祝新中國成立60周年之際,首都學界推出了研究北京60年發(fā)展重要成果。很多專家學者發(fā)表文章回顧了首都北京的發(fā)展歷程,總結了北京60年發(fā)生的歷史巨變、創(chuàng)造的發(fā)展模式,進而探討了在新的歷史階段的發(fā)展目標以及實現(xiàn)途徑。因此,我們在綜述中以"新中國成立60年北京的發(fā)展回顧"為題,選取了一些不同領域的有代表性的研究觀點。二、關于奧運后建設人文北京.科技北京.綠色北京的研究成為了熱點課題,成果豐碩。各界學人和各部門的專家從深入學習實踐科學發(fā)展觀、首都的功能定位、奧運"三大理念"的進一步拓展等方方面面,認真總結奧運經(jīng)驗,探討了把奧運遺產(chǎn)轉化為長效機制與常態(tài)機制的路徑和方法。三、在黨中央提出構建社會主義和諧社會奮斗目標的指引下,很多學者把研究的目光更多地投向了北京的各種民生問題,為推動市民關心的住房、就業(yè)、養(yǎng)老、收入差距、環(huán)境、健康、醫(yī)療、投資等問題的加快改善,提供智力支持。另外,應讀者的要求,我們在觀點摘編中增加了"北京文史"欄目,以豐富、充實北京研究的內(nèi)容,并希望以此增強可讀性。
[Abstract]:The study of Beijing in 2009 showed the following three outstanding characteristics: first, on the occasion of celebrating the 60th anniversary of the founding of New China, the academic circles of the capital put forward the important achievements of the research on the development of Beijing over the past 60 years. Many experts and scholars have published articles to review the development course of the capital city of Beijing, sum up the historical changes that have taken place in Beijing over the past 60 years and create the development model, and then discuss the development goal and the way to realize in the new historical stage. Therefore, we have selected some representative research viewpoints in different fields under the theme of "Review of the Development of Beijing in the 60 years since the founding of New China". Second, the construction of humanistic Beijing after the Olympic Games. Science and Technology Beijing. Green Beijing research has become a hot topic, fruitful results. Scholars from all walks of life and experts from various departments will conscientiously sum up Olympic experience from various aspects, such as the in-depth study and practice of the scientific development concept, the functional orientation of the capital, the further expansion of the "three major concepts" of the Olympic Games, and so on. This paper discusses the ways and methods of transforming Olympic heritage into long-term mechanism and normal mechanism. Third, under the guidance of the CPC Central Committee's goal of building a harmonious socialist society, many scholars have focused their research on various livelihood issues in Beijing, in order to promote the housing, employment, old-age and income gap that citizens are concerned about. Environment, health, medical, investment and other issues to accelerate improvement, provide intellectual support. In addition, at the request of readers, we have added the "Beijing Literature and History" column in the selected viewpoints to enrich and enrich the contents of Beijing study, and hope to enhance readability.
