【摘要】：第二輪省志必須與首輪省志銜接。一是時空范圍上的銜接。時限上與前志銜接的起始資料特別是續(xù)志上限資料不能缺,地域上過去隸屬地域與現(xiàn)行區(qū)劃有從屬關(guān)系的資料不應漏,規(guī)定地域范圍與域外橫向聯(lián)系的資料應準確選用,專業(yè)上主體內(nèi)容要翔實、涵蓋面要廣,與其他專業(yè)橫向交叉資料的選用力避重疊。二是體例結(jié)構(gòu)上的銜接。體裁要在繼承前志的基礎(chǔ)上有所突破和拓展,多角度、深層次、全方位地反映記述事項,篇目要保持與前志基本門類的銜接,便于類目調(diào)整后的內(nèi)容銜接。三是記述內(nèi)容上的銜接。承前簡述用于續(xù)志起始內(nèi)容的記述,旨在勾連前志、承接續(xù)志,可靈活采用覆蓋式、簡介式、濃縮式、追溯式、鋪墊式、補充式、修正式、考注式等記述手法,加強與前志的有效銜接。四是對前志的補遺考訂。補遺既可明補也可暗補,亦可明暗結(jié)合,或設(shè)置專門板塊、或于行文中明確補遺內(nèi)容、或?qū)⒀a遺內(nèi)容融入承前簡述,考訂實質(zhì)是對前志的糾錯,宜采取明暗結(jié)合、分散處理辦法,慎用"大集中",以免誤導讀者、損及前志。

The third is the cohesion on the content of description. The purpose of this paper is to connect the former records, to carry on the records, to adopt the covering, brief, condensed, traceable, bedding, supplementary, formal, test, and other narrative techniques, etc. Strengthen the effective link with the former. The fourth is the supplement to the former records. The addenda can be either explicitly supplemented, implicitly supplemented, or combined with light and dark, or special plates are set up, or the contents of the addenda are clearly defined in the text, or the supplementary contents are incorporated into the former brief description. The essence of the examination is to correct the errors of the former aspirations, so it is advisable to adopt the combination of light and dark. Decentralized treatment, careful use of "large concentration", lest mislead readers, harm the former.
