【摘要】：近代上海電報(bào)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的發(fā)展先后經(jīng)歷了租界電報(bào)線的架設(shè)、海線的鋪設(shè)和海陸線的連接三個(gè)過程,清政府的消極防御反造成電信主權(quán)不斷喪失。在設(shè)立津滬電報(bào)總局自主開展電報(bào)建設(shè)后,電報(bào)局領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者利用外洋電報(bào)公司的矛盾收回淞滬陸線,從而使上海陸地電報(bào)通信權(quán)得以維護(hù)。電報(bào)通信權(quán)的交涉過程促使清政府的觀念逐步轉(zhuǎn)變,反映出中國近代企業(yè)在推動(dòng)近代化方面的作用,一定程度上促進(jìn)了我國科學(xué)技術(shù)的應(yīng)用和社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:The development of modern Shanghai Telegraph network has experienced three processes: the erection of concession Telegraph lines, the laying of sea lines and the connection of land and sea lines. The negative defense of Qing government resulted in the loss of telecom sovereignty. After the establishment of the Tianjin-Shanghai General Administration of Telegraph and Telegraph, the leaders of the Telegraph and Telegraph Bureau took advantage of the contradictions of the foreign Telegraph company to recover Songhuru Line, thus maintaining the right of Shanghai Terrestrial Telegraph Communication. The negotiation process of the right of telegram and communication made the concept of Qing government change gradually, which reflected the role of modern Chinese enterprises in promoting modernization, and to some extent promoted the application of science and technology and the development of social economy in China.
