【摘要】：本文通過對吐魯番出土十六國時期高昌郡和高昌國文書的辨析，結(jié)合史籍對高昌歷史的記載，在租、調(diào)、役等方面進行了一些具體的討論，力圖表明公元4-7世紀(jì)的高昌，在實行有自身特色的賦役制度的同時，仍然保留了極為濃重的漢晉制度的色彩。 在文化源流上，高昌曾經(jīng)長期處于中原王朝或者漢人政權(quán)統(tǒng)治之下，其所采取的本來就是漢晉制度，只不過根據(jù)自身情況有所變通。體現(xiàn)在賦役制度上，在高昌地區(qū)賦稅繁雜的表象下，也呈現(xiàn)出與中原類似的“租稅調(diào)役”并列的局面。并且在田租、戶調(diào)和徭役以及宗教僧侶的賦稅負(fù)擔(dān)等具體內(nèi)容方面，，都存在大量與漢晉制度相同或相似的現(xiàn)象，同時，又發(fā)展了符合自身政治經(jīng)濟特點的相關(guān)制度。 這一方面應(yīng)該歸結(jié)于自漢以來漢晉賦稅制度演變的內(nèi)在規(guī)律，另一方面又與高昌孤懸域外的政治地理環(huán)境息息相關(guān)。從而也表明高昌作為4-7世紀(jì)中國歷史的重要分支，所具有的獨特研究價值。
[Abstract]:Based on the analysis of the documents of Gao Chang County and Gao Chang country unearthed in Turpan during the 16th State period, and the historical records of Gaochang history, this paper makes some concrete discussions in the aspects of rent, adjustment and servitude, and tries to show Gaochang in the 4-7 century AD. At the same time, it still retains the strong color of Han-Jin system. In terms of cultural origin, Gaochang had long been under the rule of the Central Plains Dynasty or the Han regime, which was originally adopted by the Han and Jin dynasties, but adapted according to his own circumstances. Embodied in the system of servitude, under the appearance of the complicated taxation in Gaochang area, it also presents a situation of juxtaposition with the Central Plains similar to that of the Central Plains. And in the specific content of land rent, household reconciliation and corvee, and the tax burden of religious monks, there are a large number of the same or similar phenomena with the Han and Jin dynasties system, at the same time, the development of their own political and economic characteristics of the relevant system. On the one hand, this should be attributed to the internal law of the evolution of taxation system in Han and Jin dynasties, on the other hand, it is closely related to the political geographical environment of Gaochang. It also shows the unique research value of Gaochang as an important branch of Chinese history in the 4-7 th century.
