【摘要】：社會(huì)部類是社會(huì)主義新方志的重要組成部分,同時(shí)又是首輪志書較為薄弱的一個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)。事實(shí)上,從社會(huì)學(xué)的角度來(lái)研究和認(rèn)識(shí)區(qū)域社會(huì),不僅具有重要的學(xué)術(shù)價(jià)值,而且具有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。與經(jīng)濟(jì)、政治等部類相比,志書的社會(huì)部類著重強(qiáng)調(diào)社會(huì)組織和社會(huì)動(dòng)態(tài),具有更悠久、更切實(shí)的傳承特點(diǎn)。同時(shí)從現(xiàn)實(shí)的角度看,第二輪志書與首輪志書編纂工作之間的分野也使進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)社會(huì)部類的研究成為必然。適當(dāng)厘清第二輪修志中的社會(huì)部類,凸顯其所應(yīng)關(guān)注的重點(diǎn)社會(huì)問(wèn)題很有必要。第二輪修志中的社會(huì)部類應(yīng)注意下列問(wèn)題:一是關(guān)于人文環(huán)境及其保護(hù)的記述;二是有關(guān)人口與計(jì)劃生育的記述;三是關(guān)于勞動(dòng)就業(yè)和社會(huì)撫恤的記述;四是有關(guān)婚姻、家庭問(wèn)題的記述;五是關(guān)于民族問(wèn)題的記述;六是關(guān)于宗教問(wèn)題的記述;七是關(guān)于民俗、方言等內(nèi)容的記述。
[Abstract]:Social department is an important part of the new socialist local chronicles, and it is also a weak link in the first annals.In fact, the study and understanding of regional society from the angle of sociology not only has important academic value, but also has important practical significance.Compared with the economic, political and other departments, the social department emphasizes the social organization and social dynamics, and has a longer and more practical inheritance characteristics.At the same time, from the point of view of reality, the division between the second and the first round of the compilation of annals also makes it necessary to further strengthen the study of social departments.It is necessary to properly clarify the social categories in the second revision and to highlight the key social issues it should pay attention to.The following issues should be noted by the social ministries in the second round of revision: first, a description of the human environment and its protection; second, a description of population and family planning; third, a description of labor employment and social pensions; and fourth, a description of marriage.Family issues; fifth, national issues; sixth, religious issues; seventh, about folklore, dialect and other content.
