【摘要】： 明中期景德鎮(zhèn)民窯業(yè)的發(fā)展，給都昌貧苦農(nóng)民提供了到景德鎮(zhèn)謀生、發(fā)跡的機(jī)會(huì)和途徑。都昌人在明代掌握制瓷技術(shù)的基礎(chǔ)上，經(jīng)過不斷的努力，幾乎壟斷了制瓷關(guān)鍵技術(shù)，為景德鎮(zhèn)瓷業(yè)的發(fā)展作出了不朽的功績，并且在景德鎮(zhèn)取得了極高的經(jīng)濟(jì)地位和社會(huì)地位。清代以后都昌人在景德鎮(zhèn)出現(xiàn)人數(shù)多、勢(shì)力大、行業(yè)廣等顯著特征。 旅鎮(zhèn)經(jīng)營瓷業(yè)的都昌窯戶在市場競爭和鄉(xiāng)族聯(lián)誼的過程中逐漸產(chǎn)生了“以眾幫眾”，聯(lián)絡(luò)一氣的行幫組織，行幫組織通過會(huì)館來體現(xiàn)，會(huì)館的建設(shè)與行幫的發(fā)展相輔相成；都昌幫窯戶內(nèi)部行業(yè)團(tuán)體的經(jīng)營管理制度，維護(hù)了都昌幫組織的利益，使得在清中期后都幫在景德鎮(zhèn)有著獨(dú)大的地位。 面對(duì)時(shí)局變化，商會(huì)興起，都昌幫積極參與，并以此為舞臺(tái)，，繼續(xù)發(fā)揮其應(yīng)有作用；因?yàn)榇蓸I(yè)生產(chǎn)帶有很大的冒險(xiǎn)性，所以很多都昌窯戶把致富后的利滑轉(zhuǎn)向土地，此外還有一些窯戶把財(cái)產(chǎn)用以提高自己的社會(huì)地位和強(qiáng)化封建宗族。這也是導(dǎo)致景德鎮(zhèn)瓷業(yè)衰敗原因之一。
[Abstract]:The development of the kiln industry in Jingdezhen in the middle of Ming Dynasty provided the poor peasants in Duchang with opportunities and ways to earn a living and prosper in Jingdezhen.On the basis of mastering porcelain making technology in Ming Dynasty, Duchang people almost monopolized the key technology of porcelain making, made immortal achievements for the development of porcelain industry in Jingdezhen, and obtained extremely high economic and social status in Jingdezhen.After the Qing Dynasty, Duchang people appeared in Jingdezhen in large numbers, great power, wide industry and other remarkable characteristics.In the process of market competition and rural clan friendship, Duchang Kiln, who manages porcelain industry in the town, has gradually produced "helping the masses with the masses" and connecting with the organization of the bank, which is reflected by the guild, and the construction of the club-house and the development of the bank-gang complement each other.The operating and management system of the industry groups in Duchang gang kilns maintained the interests of du Chang gang organizations and made them all have a unique position in Jingdezhen after the middle of Qing Dynasty.In the face of changes in the current situation, the Chamber of Commerce rose, and the Duchang Gang took an active part in it and used it as a stage to continue to play its due role. Because the production of porcelain was very risky, many Duchang kilns turned to the land after becoming rich.In addition, some kilns used their property to improve their social status and strengthen the feudal clan.This is also leading to the decline of the porcelain industry Jingdezhen one of the reasons.
