【摘要】： 抗日戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)時(shí)期,中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨以馬克思主義人權(quán)理論為指導(dǎo),同時(shí)緊密結(jié)合抗戰(zhàn)時(shí)期的特殊國(guó)情和根據(jù)地斗爭(zhēng)的實(shí)際情況,開(kāi)展了廣泛的人權(quán)建設(shè),這不僅對(duì)發(fā)動(dòng)廣大人民群眾堅(jiān)持全面抗戰(zhàn)路線,鞏固抗戰(zhàn)成果,奪取抗日戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)的偉大勝利起到了不可低估的作用,而且給新中國(guó)的人權(quán)建設(shè)積累了寶貴的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。面對(duì)日本帝國(guó)主義對(duì)中國(guó)人權(quán)的踐踏、國(guó)民黨反動(dòng)政權(quán)對(duì)人權(quán)的摧殘及廣大人民對(duì)自身權(quán)利的迫切需要,中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨從鞏固抗日民族統(tǒng)一戰(zhàn)線的目的出發(fā),把爭(zhēng)取民族獨(dú)立,保障人民的生存權(quán)放在首位,揭露了國(guó)民黨頑固派在國(guó)統(tǒng)區(qū)摧殘人權(quán)的罪行,調(diào)整了階段關(guān)系并制定了一系列保障人權(quán)的政策法規(guī),以此來(lái)促進(jìn)根據(jù)地人權(quán)建設(shè),抗擊日本帝國(guó)主義的侵略�？谷崭鶕�(jù)地在政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會(huì)、文化等方面的建設(shè)促進(jìn)了根據(jù)地人權(quán)建設(shè)的發(fā)展,使抗日戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)時(shí)期同時(shí)也成為黨歷史上積極保障人權(quán)的時(shí)期。中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的抗日根據(jù)地蓬勃發(fā)展,取得了各界的廣泛認(rèn)同,爭(zhēng)取了國(guó)際友人和同盟的關(guān)注和支持。抗日根據(jù)地人權(quán)建設(shè)調(diào)動(dòng)了廣大抗日軍民的積極性,為抗日戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)奠定了基礎(chǔ),促進(jìn)了根據(jù)地民主政治和法治建設(shè)的發(fā)展,為中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨全國(guó)執(zhí)政和新中國(guó)人權(quán)建設(shè)奠定基礎(chǔ)。深刻理解以馬克思主義思想為指導(dǎo)的抗日戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)時(shí)期根據(jù)地人權(quán)建設(shè),對(duì)于當(dāng)今中國(guó)人權(quán)建設(shè)具有重要借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:During the War of Resistance against Japan, the Communist Party of China, guided by Marxist theory of human rights, closely combined with the special national conditions during the Anti-Japanese War and the actual situation of the struggle in the base areas, carried out extensive human rights construction. This has not only played an important role in arousing the broad masses of the people to adhere to the line of total resistance, consolidated the achievements of the war of resistance against Japan, and won the great victory in the War of Resistance against Japan, but has also accumulated valuable experience in the construction of human rights in the new China. In the face of the trampling of human rights by Japanese imperialism, the destruction of human rights by the reactionary Kuomintang regime and the urgent need of the broad masses of the people for their own rights, the Communist Party of China, proceeding from the goal of consolidating the anti-Japanese national United front, has striven for national independence. The protection of the people's right to survival has put the first place, exposed the crime of the Kuomintang die-hards in destroying human rights in the areas under the control of the Kuomintang, adjusted the stage relationship and formulated a series of policies and regulations to safeguard human rights in order to promote the construction of human rights in the base areas. Resist the aggression of Japanese imperialism. The construction of anti-Japanese base areas in political, economic, social and cultural fields promoted the development of human rights construction in the base areas, making the period of the Anti-Japanese War also a period of active protection of human rights in the history of the Party. The anti-Japanese base area under the leadership of the Communist Party of China has gained wide recognition from all walks of life and gained the attention and support of international friends and allies. The construction of human rights in the anti-Japanese base area has aroused the enthusiasm of the broad masses of the anti-Japanese army and people, laid the foundation for the anti-Japanese war, promoted the development of democratic politics and the rule of law in the base area, and laid the foundation for the ruling of the whole country by the Communist Party of China and the construction of human rights in New China. A profound understanding of the human rights construction in base areas during the Anti-Japanese War under the guidance of Marxist thought is of great significance to the construction of human rights in China today.
