【摘要】：皖北地區(qū)位于淮河岸邊,古代社會,皖北人民創(chuàng)造了輝煌的文化。而到了民國時期,淮河流域災(zāi)害不斷,十年九荒,其中影響最大的是洪澇災(zāi)害,依次是旱、蝗、瘟疫等。面對災(zāi)荒,國民政府也曾采取相應(yīng)的措施救災(zāi),但由于種種原因,效果微乎其微,生活在這一地區(qū)的人民受到了無盡的折磨。 災(zāi)荒造成了諸如民眾生命財產(chǎn)和農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)的損失和破壞,流民增多,匪禍嚴(yán)重等社會影響,不僅對流域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展產(chǎn)生負(fù)面影響,也成為這一地區(qū)人民長期貧困和落后的根源。在同自然災(zāi)害和人為災(zāi)害的不斷抗?fàn)幹?皖北人民的生產(chǎn)方式、生活方式、社會風(fēng)俗漸漸發(fā)生了變化。本文主要研究民國時期淮河流域災(zāi)害對皖北地區(qū)人們的社會生態(tài)造成的影響,以及人們的日常生活對環(huán)境產(chǎn)生的反作用。
[Abstract]:Northern Anhui is located on the banks of the Huaihe River, the ancient society, the people of northern Anhui created brilliant culture. During the period of the Republic of China, the Huaihe River Basin suffered from disasters and nine years of famine, among which the flood disaster was the most important, followed by drought, locust, plague and so on. In the face of famine, the national government has also taken corresponding measures to provide disaster relief, but due to various reasons, the effect is minimal, and the people living in this area have been subjected to endless torture. The famine has caused the loss and destruction of people's life and property and agricultural production, increased the number of displaced people and serious bandit disasters, which not only has a negative impact on the economic development of the river basin, but also becomes the root cause of the long-term poverty and backwardness of the people in this area. In the continuous struggle with natural and man-made disasters, the production mode, life style and social customs of the people in Northern Anhui have gradually changed. This paper mainly studies the impact of the Huaihe River Basin disaster on the social ecology of people in northern Anhui during the period of the Republic of China, as well as the adverse effect of people's daily life on the environment.
