【摘要】：第二次鴉片戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)失敗后,清政府為維護(hù)自身統(tǒng)治進(jìn)行了三次改革運(yùn)動(dòng):開啟中國(guó)工業(yè)化的洋務(wù)運(yùn)動(dòng);啟蒙社會(huì)近代意識(shí)的戊戌維新;啟動(dòng)政治體制革新的"清末新政"和"君主立憲制"。這三次欲力挽大清江山于不倒的努力開啟了超越傳統(tǒng)的變遷,啟動(dòng)了中國(guó)的早期現(xiàn)代化歷程。值得注意的是,三次改革運(yùn)動(dòng)毫無(wú)例外的都是以省會(huì)這一行政中心城市為載體進(jìn)行的。因此,省會(huì)城市成為清政府進(jìn)行現(xiàn)代化努力的堡壘和邁向現(xiàn)代化的起始點(diǎn)與輻射點(diǎn),并且成了城市現(xiàn)代化的典范。
[Abstract]:After the defeat of the Second Opium War, the Qing government has carried out three reforms in the maintenance of its own rule: opening the Westernization Movement of China's industrialization, the new consciousness of the enlightenment society, and the "New Deal in the Late Qing Dynasty" and the "constitutional monarchy" of starting the innovation of the political system. This three-time desire to force the Great Qing-shan to go beyond the traditional changes, and started the early modern course of China. It is worth noting that the three reforms, without exception, are carried out in the city of the capital, an administrative centre. Therefore, the provincial capital city has become the bastion of the modernization efforts of the Qing government and the starting point and the radiation point of the modernization, and become a model of the modernization of the city.
