【摘要】：婚姻習(xí)俗的變革是國家權(quán)力與鄉(xiāng)村社會(huì)互動(dòng)的結(jié)果,婚姻自由政策推行過程中伴隨著革命、性別與傳統(tǒng)的復(fù)雜糾葛。華中根據(jù)地頒布了一系列婚姻自由政策與法令,但新政的推行遇到了一系列因素的制約:包括婚姻自由與革命整體利益的矛盾,經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會(huì)條件的制約,鄉(xiāng)村習(xí)俗的制約,代際、性別矛盾等�；橐鲎杂烧叩耐菩胁⒎且环L(fēng)順,革命、傳統(tǒng)、性別之間存在激烈的博弈與互動(dòng)。面對(duì)種種制約,根據(jù)地將婦女權(quán)利的提升與生產(chǎn)勞動(dòng)相結(jié)合;同時(shí)尊重舊習(xí)慣,利用舊形式,使革命政策盡量與傳統(tǒng)習(xí)俗相適應(yīng);在婚姻變革實(shí)踐中發(fā)揮上層階級(jí)與宗族勢力的作用。革命既為婦女帶來了婚姻自由的契機(jī),同時(shí)也借重于女性的力量;革命既改造著傳統(tǒng)婚俗,又受到傳統(tǒng)習(xí)俗的嚴(yán)重制約。婦女在稍許掙脫傳統(tǒng)婚姻陋俗的同時(shí),又不得不服從于革命整體利益。根據(jù)地婚俗變革的措施,對(duì)當(dāng)今農(nóng)村的婚姻、婦女問題仍具有借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:The transformation of marriage custom is the result of the interaction between state power and rural society. The marriage freedom policy is accompanied by revolution and complex disputes between gender and tradition. A series of marriage freedom policies and decrees were promulgated in the central China base area, but the implementation of the New deal was restricted by a series of factors, including the contradiction between the freedom of marriage and the overall interests of the revolution, the restriction of economic and social conditions, and the restriction of rural customs. Intergenerational, gender contradictions, etc. The implementation of marriage freedom policy is not smooth sailing, revolution, tradition, gender exists between the fierce game and interaction. In the face of various constraints, the base area combines the promotion of women's rights with productive labor, while respecting the old habits and making use of the old forms, so that the revolutionary policy can be adapted to the traditional customs as much as possible. In the practice of marriage reform, play the role of upper class and clan influence. The revolution not only brought women the opportunity of marriage freedom, but also took advantage of the strength of women. It not only reformed the traditional marriage customs, but also was seriously restricted by traditional customs. Women broke away from the traditional marriage customs, but also had to serve the overall interests of the revolution. The measures of marriage custom reform in the base area still have reference significance to the marriage in rural areas.
