【摘要】：第二次鴉片戰(zhàn)爭中,中法雙方達成了800萬兩白銀的賠償協(xié)議,并明確規(guī)定其中100萬兩用于賠償遭受損失的法國商人、受法國保護者以及傳教士,剩余700萬兩納入軍費。本文從法國外交部檔案館所藏相關(guān)史料出發(fā),考察法國對這100萬兩戰(zhàn)爭賠款進行分配的方案和進程。
[Abstract]:In the second Opium War, China and France reached a compensation agreement of 8 million silver, and clearly stipulated that 1 million of them should be used to compensate French businessmen, protected French and missionaries, and the remaining 7 million should be included in military expenditure. Based on the historical data collected in the archives of the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs, this paper investigates the scheme and process of France's distribution of the 1 million war reparations.
