【摘要】：第二次鴉片戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)中,中法雙方達(dá)成了800萬(wàn)兩白銀的賠償協(xié)議,并明確規(guī)定其中100萬(wàn)兩用于賠償遭受損失的法國(guó)商人、受法國(guó)保護(hù)者以及傳教士,剩余700萬(wàn)兩納入軍費(fèi)。本文從法國(guó)外交部檔案館所藏相關(guān)史料出發(fā),考察法國(guó)對(duì)這100萬(wàn)兩戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)賠款進(jìn)行分配的方案和進(jìn)程。
[Abstract]:In the second Opium War, China and France reached a compensation agreement of 8 million silver, and clearly stipulated that 1 million of them should be used to compensate French businessmen, protected French and missionaries, and the remaining 7 million should be included in military expenditure. Based on the historical data collected in the archives of the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs, this paper investigates the scheme and process of France's distribution of the 1 million war reparations.
