【摘要】：南區(qū)合作社作為長(zhǎng)期立足農(nóng)村、面向農(nóng)業(yè),與農(nóng)民有著緊密聯(lián)系的組織,它在促進(jìn)農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展,改善農(nóng)民生活水平,溝通政府及民眾,貫徹落實(shí)政府的政策等方面起到了重要的作用。本文針對(duì)抗戰(zhàn)背景下的南區(qū)合作社進(jìn)行探討研究,文章分為六個(gè)部分,第一部分為緒論,闡述了研究抗戰(zhàn)時(shí)期延安南區(qū)合作社的目的、意義,歸納分析了目前學(xué)術(shù)界研究的現(xiàn)狀,對(duì)本文的研究思路、方法,以及所采用的史料依據(jù)進(jìn)行了說明。第二部分,從南區(qū)的經(jīng)濟(jì)條件及深化合作社認(rèn)識(shí)方面論述了南區(qū)合作社成立的背景。第三部分,從股金、人員、業(yè)務(wù)等情況論述南區(qū)合作社從建立到逐步發(fā)展,并成為綜合性合作社的概況。第四部分,對(duì)延安南區(qū)合作社建立和發(fā)展過程進(jìn)行分析研究,從經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)、管理學(xué)、政治學(xué)的視角,歸納南區(qū)合作社在辦社政策、體制模式、組織管理等方面的特點(diǎn)。第五部分,從促進(jìn)農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展,改善民眾生活水平,發(fā)展邊區(qū)合作事業(yè),支援抗戰(zhàn)四個(gè)方面論述了南區(qū)合作社的作用。第六部分,對(duì)抗戰(zhàn)時(shí)期南區(qū)合作社進(jìn)行綜合與延伸思考,分析了合作社在解決農(nóng)村問題上的優(yōu)勢(shì),以及怎樣借鑒南區(qū)合作社經(jīng)驗(yàn),從而弘揚(yáng)南區(qū)精神,讓這種優(yōu)勢(shì)得到最大程度的發(fā)揮。
[Abstract]:As an organization based in rural areas for a long time, oriented to agriculture and closely connected with farmers, the Southern District Cooperatives are promoting rural economic development, improving farmers' living standards, and communicating with the government and the people. The implementation of government policies and other aspects played an important role. The article is divided into six parts. The first part is the introduction, which expounds the purpose and significance of the study of the South Cooperative in Yan'an during the Anti-Japanese War. This paper summarizes and analyzes the current situation of academic research, and explains the research ideas, methods and historical data used in this paper. The second part, from the economic conditions and deepening the understanding of cooperatives in the southern region discussed the background of the establishment of cooperatives. The third part, from the stock, personnel, business and other situations from the establishment to the gradual development of Southern Cooperatives, and become a general situation of comprehensive cooperatives. The fourth part analyzes the process of the establishment and development of the cooperative in the southern district of Yan'an. From the perspectives of economics, management and political science, the author summarizes the characteristics of the cooperative in the south region in terms of co-operative policy, system model, organization and management, and so on. The fifth part discusses the role of Southern District Cooperative from four aspects: promoting the development of rural economy, improving people's living standard, developing the cooperation in the Border region and supporting the War of Resistance against Japan. In the sixth part, we analyze the advantages of the cooperatives in solving the rural problems and how to learn from the experiences of the Southern Cooperatives in order to carry forward the spirit of the Southern District. Make the most of this advantage.
