【摘要】：新民主主義革命時期,中共的"中華民族"觀念經(jīng)歷過從漢族的代稱到漢族與漢化民族的統(tǒng)稱再到中國境內(nèi)各民族的共同稱謂的演變。從1922年7月第一次使用"中華民族"觀念到抗日戰(zhàn)爭全面爆發(fā)之前,中共所講的"中華民族"在多數(shù)情況下指的是"漢族"。從抗日戰(zhàn)爭全面爆發(fā)到1938年8月中共六屆六中全會召開之前,中共講的"中華民族"是漢族與漢化民族的統(tǒng)稱,其代表作是楊松的《論民族》一文。1938年9月召開的中共六屆六中全會,在其"中華民族"觀念的演變和民族政策的形成中具有十分重要的意義,而1939年12月毛澤東在《中國革命與中國共產(chǎn)黨》一文中對中華民族的論述,則標(biāo)志著中共"中華民族"觀念的最終形成。中共"中華民族"觀念的基本內(nèi)涵是:中國是一個多民族的國家,"中華民族"是中國各民族的共同稱謂,"中華民族"內(nèi)部各民族之間一律平等。
[Abstract]:In the period of the new democratic revolution, the concept of "Chinese nation" of the Communist Party of China has experienced the evolution from the generation of Han nationality to the general name of Han nationality and Sinicized nation, and then to the common appellation of all nationalities in China. From the first use of the concept of "Chinese nation" in July 1922 to the outbreak of the War of Resistance against Japan, the "Chinese nation" referred to in most cases was the "Han nationality". From the outbreak of the War of Resistance against Japan to the opening of the sixth Plenary session of the sixth Central Committee of the Communist Party of China in August 1938, the CPC referred to the "Chinese nation" as the collective name of the Han and Sinicized nationalities. His masterpiece is Yang Song's on nationalities. The sixth Plenary session of the sixth Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, held in September 1938, was of great significance in the evolution of the concept of "the Chinese nation" and the formation of national policies. Mao Zedong's exposition of the Chinese nation in the Chinese Revolution and the Communist Party of China in December 1939 symbolized the ultimate formation of the Chinese nation's concept of the Communist Party of China. The basic connotation of the CPC's concept of "Chinese nation" is: China is a multi-ethnic country, "Chinese nation" is the common appellation of all ethnic groups in China, and all nationalities within "Chinese nation" are equal.
