【摘要】：喀什維吾爾文化促進(jìn)分會(huì),是盛世才統(tǒng)治新疆時(shí)期,于1933年12月成立的帶有官辦性質(zhì)的群眾性的文化組織。從歷史上看，喀什維文分會(huì)在喀什教育和文化藝術(shù)事業(yè)的發(fā)展,及抗日戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)時(shí)期都起了很大作用。目前，，國(guó)內(nèi)的學(xué)者對(duì)喀什維文分會(huì)的研究很少，已有的一些研究成果也僅是針對(duì)新疆維文會(huì)進(jìn)行的綜合性的研究，尚沒(méi)有專門調(diào)查、研究關(guān)于喀什維文分會(huì)在喀什地區(qū)的活動(dòng)及其影響。因此，本文試圖對(duì)這一論題展開研究，探討喀什維文分會(huì)在喀什地區(qū)的活動(dòng)及對(duì)當(dāng)時(shí)社會(huì)的影響。 本論文將通過(guò)五個(gè)部分來(lái)論述喀什維文分會(huì)開展的主要活動(dòng)及其歷史作用。第一部分是喀什維文分會(huì)成立的歷史背景及組織結(jié)構(gòu)。這部分主要探討喀什維文分會(huì)成立前的政治局勢(shì)和文化背景等情況,及喀什維文分會(huì)承擔(dān)的任務(wù)、組織機(jī)構(gòu)、經(jīng)濟(jì)來(lái)源等問(wèn)題;第二部分是喀什維文分會(huì)與民族教育。這一部分主要探討喀什維文分會(huì)成立前喀什的教育狀況,以及成立后興辦的教育事業(yè);第三部分是喀什維文分會(huì)開展公益活動(dòng)與抗日救國(guó)運(yùn)動(dòng)。這部分主要探討喀什維文分會(huì)興辦的帶有慈善性質(zhì)的公益活動(dòng),如開辦孤兒院、殘疾院等;在抗日戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)時(shí)期,喀什維文分會(huì)在各地區(qū)進(jìn)行抗日宣傳,而抗日救國(guó)開展為募捐活動(dòng);第四部分是喀什維文分會(huì)開展新聞傳播和文化藝術(shù)活動(dòng)。這部分主要論述了維文分會(huì)成立后,為提高喀什地區(qū)各族人民群眾的思想素質(zhì),開展了新聞事業(yè),出版報(bào)紙,以及電影等各種文化藝術(shù)活動(dòng)的情況;第五部分是喀什維文分會(huì)的歷史作用。這部分主要論述喀什維文分會(huì)積極宣傳政府的“六大政策”,興辦民族教育,開展公益慈善活動(dòng),發(fā)展喀什的新聞傳播和藝術(shù)事業(yè),為提高喀什地區(qū)人民群眾的政治思想覺悟及文化素質(zhì)等方面都起到了重要的作用。 隨著國(guó)內(nèi)外形勢(shì)的變化,在國(guó)民黨逐漸控制新疆后，喀什維文分會(huì)的宗旨也隨之改變,國(guó)民黨利用維文會(huì)在喀什地區(qū)宣傳“三民主義”。1950年6月,維文分會(huì)并入新疆人民民主同盟,完成了自己的歷史使命。在喀什維文分會(huì)存在的者十幾年里,對(duì)發(fā)展喀什民族文化教育、新聞傳播和文化藝術(shù)事業(yè)都起了重要作用,同時(shí)也影響了喀什維吾爾族的文化生活。因此,筆者認(rèn)為針對(duì)喀什維文分會(huì)進(jìn)行研究具有重要的學(xué)術(shù)價(jià)值和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。
[Abstract]:Kashgar Uygur Culture Promotion Branch was established in December 1933 as a mass cultural organization under Sheng Shicai's rule of Xinjiang. Historically, Kashi-Wiven Branch played a great role in the development of Kashgar education, culture and art, as well as in the War of Resistance against Japan. At present, domestic scholars have done little research on Kashgar's Uygur branch, and some of the existing research results are only comprehensive studies on Xinjiang Uygur, which have not been specifically investigated. This paper studies the activities and effects of Kashi-Wiven branch in Kashgar area. Therefore, this paper attempts to study this topic, and discusses the activities of Kashi Wewen Branch in Kashi area and its influence on the society at that time. This paper will discuss the main activities and its historical role of Kashgar-Uygur branch through five parts. The first part is the historical background and organizational structure of Kashi-Weiwen Branch. This part mainly discusses the political situation and cultural background before the establishment of the Kashi-Uyven branch and the tasks, organization and economic sources of the Kashi-Wiwen branch. The second part is the Kashi-Wewen chapter and ethnic education This part mainly discusses the education situation of Kashgar before the establishment of Kashwevin Branch, and the educational cause after the establishment. The third part is about the public welfare activities and anti-Japanese and national salvation movement of Kashi Weiwen Branch. This part mainly discusses the charitable public welfare activities organized by Kashwevin Branch, such as setting up orphanages, disabled homes, etc. During the War of Resistance against Japan, Kashwevin branch carried out anti-Japanese propaganda in various regions. The fourth part is the news communication and cultural and artistic activities of Kashwevin Branch. This part mainly discusses the Uygur branch after the establishment, in order to improve the ideological quality of people of all nationalities in Kashi area, carried out the news cause, the publication of newspapers, as well as film and other cultural and artistic activities; The fifth part is the historical role of Kashi-Uighur Branch. This part mainly discusses the Kashgar branch actively propagandizing the "six policies" of the government, setting up education for ethnic groups, carrying out public welfare and charitable activities, and developing news dissemination and artistic undertakings in Kashgar. It plays an important role in improving people's political consciousness and cultural quality in Kashi area. With the changes in the situation at home and abroad, after the KMT gradually took control of Xinjiang, the purpose of the Kashweh branch also changed. The KMT used Uighur to propagate the "three people's principles" in Kashgar. In June 1950, Uygur branch incorporated into the Xinjiang people's Democratic League, completed its own historical mission. In the past ten years, the existence of Kashgar and Uygur branch has played an important role in the development of Kashgar culture and education, news communication and cultural and artistic undertakings, and has also affected the cultural life of Kashgar Uygur. Therefore, the author believes that the study of Kashgar-Uighur chapter has important academic value and practical significance.
