【摘要】：國(guó)民黨五屆五中全會(huì),全稱(chēng)是中國(guó)國(guó)民黨第五屆中央執(zhí)行委員會(huì)第五次全體會(huì)議,召開(kāi)于1939年(民國(guó)28年)1月21日至30日。這是一次頗受爭(zhēng)議的會(huì)議,本文主要對(duì)五中全會(huì)進(jìn)行全面介紹,分析其影響,力圖作出較為客觀公正的評(píng)價(jià)。本文從以下三個(gè)方面對(duì)五屆五中全會(huì)進(jìn)行述評(píng): 第一部分介紹國(guó)民黨五屆五中全會(huì)召開(kāi)的背景,一是日本轉(zhuǎn)變對(duì)華政策,由速戰(zhàn)速?zèng)Q滅亡中華的政策轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)椤耙詰?zhàn)養(yǎng)戰(zhàn)”、“以華制華”的長(zhǎng)期戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)政策,中國(guó)的抗日戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)由此進(jìn)入新的階段;二是國(guó)際上,蘇聯(lián)給予中國(guó)大量援助,英、美對(duì)中日戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)持綏靖中立政策,但也逐漸有一些改變,開(kāi)始對(duì)華予以道義和經(jīng)濟(jì)援助;三是國(guó)內(nèi),汪精衛(wèi)集團(tuán)的叛國(guó)投敵對(duì)國(guó)民黨造成了一定沖擊,國(guó)內(nèi)各界積極聲討叛國(guó)分子。 第二部分介紹本次會(huì)議召開(kāi)的經(jīng)過(guò)與主要內(nèi)容。根據(jù)會(huì)議通過(guò)的重要決議案,本文將五中全會(huì)的內(nèi)容分為軍事、政治、黨務(wù)、經(jīng)濟(jì)四個(gè)方面,主要介紹本次會(huì)議確立的二期抗戰(zhàn)各方面政策。 第三部分分析五中全會(huì)的影響,并對(duì)其進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)。首先綜述五中全會(huì)制定的各項(xiàng)措施對(duì)抗戰(zhàn)帶來(lái)的影響,其次分析會(huì)議諸項(xiàng)措施均體現(xiàn)出來(lái)的一個(gè)特點(diǎn),即蔣介石加強(qiáng)個(gè)人獨(dú)裁與專(zhuān)制,第三針對(duì)爭(zhēng)議頗多的國(guó)民黨五屆五中全會(huì)對(duì)日方針進(jìn)行分析,最后,分析五中全會(huì)對(duì)共產(chǎn)黨的政策及其對(duì)國(guó)共關(guān)系造成的影響。
[Abstract]:The Fifth Plenary session of the Fifth Central Committee of the Kuomintang, full name is the Fifth Plenary meeting of the Fifth Central Executive Committee of the Chinese Kuomintang, which was held from January 21 to 30, 1939. This is a controversial conference. This paper mainly introduces the Fifth Plenary session, analyzes its influence, and tries to make a more objective and fair evaluation. This paper reviews the Fifth Plenary session of the Fifth Central Committee from the following three aspects: The first part introduces the background of the Fifth Plenary session of the Fifth Central Committee of the KMT. First, Japan changed its policy towards China from a policy of quick destruction of China to a long-term war policy of "preserving war with war" and "using China to make China". China's War of Resistance against Japan has thus entered a new stage; second, the Soviet Union has given China a great deal of assistance, while Britain and the United States have adopted a appeasement and neutral policy towards the war between China and Japan, but they have gradually changed and begun to give moral and economic assistance to China; Third, the Wang Jingwei group's traitorous defection caused a certain impact on the KMT, and all circles in the country actively condemned the traitors. The second part introduces the process and main contents of this meeting. According to the important resolution adopted by the meeting, this paper divides the contents of the Fifth Plenary session into four aspects: military affairs, politics, party affairs and economy. The third part analyzes the influence of the Fifth Plenary session and evaluates it. First of all, it summarizes the impact of the measures formulated by the Fifth Plenary session on the War of Resistance against Japan, and then analyzes one of the features embodied in the various measures of the Conference, namely, the strengthening of individual dictatorship and autocracy by the Jiang Jieshi. The third is to analyze the policy of Japan in view of the controversial Fifth Plenary session of the Fifth Central Committee of the Kuomintang, and finally, to analyze the policy of the Fifth Plenary session of the CPC and its influence on the relations between the Kuomintang and the Communist Party.
