【摘要】：新中國成立初期,社會組織的治理是中共改造中國社會的重要環(huán)節(jié)。1949年南京城市解放后,中共開展了政權(quán)接管與社會改造工作,通過取締、清理原會道門、民間社團,建立和發(fā)展新型群眾組織等方式將絕大多數(shù)城市居民組織在新的社會體系里,實現(xiàn)了城市社會的高度組織化。新政權(quán)在清除原社會結(jié)構(gòu)的基礎(chǔ)上,以原來的底層民眾為核心重建了社會基礎(chǔ),在短時間內(nèi)實現(xiàn)了對基層社會的有效整合與控制。
[Abstract]:In the early days of the founding of New China, the governance of social organizations was an important link for the CPC to transform Chinese society. After the liberation of Nanjing in 1949, the CPC carried out the work of taking over the political power and reforming the society. By establishing and developing new mass organizations, the vast majority of urban residents are organized in the new social system, and the urban society is highly organized. On the basis of removing the original social structure, the new regime has rebuilt the social foundation by taking the original bottom people as the core, and has realized the effective integration and control of the grass-roots society in a short period of time.
