【摘要】：晉綏邊區(qū)由晉西北、晉西南、大青山三塊革命根據(jù)地組成,作為陜甘寧邊區(qū)的天然保護(hù)屏障,又是抗戰(zhàn)的前沿陣地,戰(zhàn)略位置極為重要�？箲�(zhàn)時(shí)期晉綏邊區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)陷入了嚴(yán)重危機(jī)之中,為了發(fā)展生產(chǎn),保障自給,供應(yīng)抗戰(zhàn)物資,晉綏邊區(qū)政府和其他革命根據(jù)地積極效仿陜甘寧邊區(qū)經(jīng)驗(yàn),頒布農(nóng)業(yè)獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)政策,通過(guò)選舉勞動(dòng)英雄的方式,來(lái)提高民眾生產(chǎn)熱情,進(jìn)而提高工農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)量。晉綏邊區(qū)勞動(dòng)英雄運(yùn)動(dòng)從1940年開(kāi)始,在抗戰(zhàn)期間共舉辦四屆勞動(dòng)英雄大會(huì),歷經(jīng)發(fā)起、發(fā)展、高潮三個(gè)階段。在運(yùn)動(dòng)中也樹(shù)立了邊區(qū)自己的模范代表人物——張秋風(fēng)、張初元,并開(kāi)展了典型運(yùn)動(dòng),從而使晉綏邊區(qū)勞動(dòng)英雄運(yùn)動(dòng)迅速地開(kāi)展起來(lái)。在工業(yè)領(lǐng)域開(kāi)展了張秋風(fēng)運(yùn)動(dòng),有初步開(kāi)展、全面開(kāi)展、深入開(kāi)展、運(yùn)動(dòng)結(jié)束四個(gè)階段。在變工合作中,開(kāi)展學(xué)習(xí)張初元“勞武結(jié)合”互助模式,并在推廣和學(xué)習(xí)中得到了創(chuàng)新與發(fā)展。晉綏邊區(qū)勞動(dòng)英雄運(yùn)動(dòng)中涌現(xiàn)出無(wú)數(shù)勞動(dòng)英雄,他們作為邊區(qū)農(nóng)村中的核心人物,在戰(zhàn)時(shí)邊區(qū)農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)、政治、文化建設(shè)中起了重要的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、帶頭、橋梁作用。勞動(dòng)英雄制定生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃,組織勞動(dòng)互助,改造二流子,領(lǐng)導(dǎo)群眾開(kāi)展生產(chǎn),并且在生產(chǎn)中積累經(jīng)驗(yàn),改進(jìn)生產(chǎn)工具,興修水利,促進(jìn)了邊區(qū)糧食生產(chǎn)量的增長(zhǎng),為邊區(qū)自身建設(shè)、保障陜甘寧邊區(qū)和持久抗戰(zhàn)奠定了重要的物資基礎(chǔ);勞動(dòng)英雄帶頭開(kāi)展擁軍擁政運(yùn)動(dòng),積極擁護(hù)中共和邊區(qū)政府,戰(zhàn)時(shí)和建國(guó)初期擔(dān)任村中干部,作為基層領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人物,有助于中共贏得群眾的支持;勞動(dòng)英雄領(lǐng)導(dǎo)群眾開(kāi)展社會(huì)教育活動(dòng),通過(guò)辦冬學(xué)、辦學(xué)校、讀報(bào)紙等方式,帶頭學(xué)習(xí),制定學(xué)習(xí)計(jì)劃,提高了農(nóng)村群眾的文化水平和政治覺(jué)悟。勞動(dòng)英雄還參與大眾文化的創(chuàng)作,創(chuàng)作出了大量反映新生活、新人物的作品,推動(dòng)了晉綏邊區(qū)大眾文藝運(yùn)動(dòng)的興起和發(fā)展。勞動(dòng)英雄運(yùn)動(dòng)推動(dòng)了戰(zhàn)時(shí)農(nóng)村社會(huì)變遷,使得農(nóng)村在經(jīng)濟(jì)面貌、政治面貌、精神面貌、思想觀念、社會(huì)風(fēng)氣上發(fā)生了明顯的變化。經(jīng)濟(jì)上出現(xiàn)了復(fù)蘇景象,農(nóng)民生活水平得到明顯改善;農(nóng)村婦女得到解放,逐漸打破了男尊女卑的惡俗,追求男女平等的風(fēng)氣開(kāi)始盛行;群眾通俗文化運(yùn)動(dòng)興起,娛樂(lè)活動(dòng)的增加,豐富了群眾的精神生活;群眾觀念意識(shí)發(fā)生了很大的變化,勞動(dòng)光榮意識(shí)逐漸形成,農(nóng)村中害人的封建迷信和驅(qū)鬼治病療法逐漸受到質(zhì)疑,人們開(kāi)始崇尚科學(xué),生活中也開(kāi)始注意講衛(wèi)生。戰(zhàn)時(shí)勞動(dòng)英雄運(yùn)動(dòng)雖已過(guò)去,但選舉勞模一直延續(xù)到現(xiàn)在,勞動(dòng)英雄身上所具有的精神是當(dāng)今社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值觀的集中體現(xiàn),對(duì)社會(huì)主義精神文明的建設(shè)具有重要意義。
[Abstract]:The Shansi-Suiyuan Border region is composed of three revolutionary base areas of northwest Shanxi, southwest Shanxi and Daqingshan. As the natural protection barrier of the Shensi-Kansu-Ningsia Border region, it is also the forward position of the War of Resistance against Japan, and the strategic position is extremely important. During the Anti-Japanese War, the economy of the Shansi-Suiyuan Border region was in a serious crisis. In order to develop production, ensure self-sufficiency, supply anti-war materials, the government of the Shansi-Suiyuan Border region and other revolutionary base areas actively emulated the experience of the Shensi-Kansu-Ningsia Border region and promulgated an agricultural reward policy. Through the election of labor heroes, to increase the enthusiasm of production, and then increase the production of industry and agriculture. The labor hero movement in Shanxi and Suiyuan Border region began in 1940 and held four labor hero conferences during the War of Resistance against Japan, which went through three stages: initiation, development and climax. In the movement, they also set up their own model representatives-Zhang Qiufeng and Zhang Yuanyuan, and carried out typical movements, so that the movement of labor heroes in the border area of Shanxi and Suiyuan developed rapidly. Zhang Qiufeng movement has been carried out in the field of industry. There are four stages: preliminary development, comprehensive development, deep development and the end of the movement. In the course of changing work cooperation, we develop the mutual aid model of Zhang Chuanyuan's "combination of labor and force", and have been innovated and developed in the process of popularization and study. Numerous labor heroes emerged in the movement of labor heroes in the border area of Shanxi and Suiyuan. As the key figures in the rural areas of the border region, they played an important role in the economic, political and cultural construction of the border areas during the wartime. The labor heroes worked out production plans, organized labor assistance, reformed the two streams, led the masses to carry out production, accumulated experience in production, improved production tools, built water conservancy projects, and promoted the growth of grain production in the border areas. It has laid an important material foundation for building the border region itself and safeguarding the Shensi-Kansu-Ningsia Border region and the protracted War of Resistance against Japan; the labor heroes have spearheaded the movement to support the army and the government, actively supported the Communist Party of China and the border region government, and served as village cadres during the war and the early days of the founding of the people's Republic of China. Being a leading figure at the grass-roots level will help the CPC win the support of the masses; the labor heroes will lead the masses in carrying out social education activities, take the lead in studying and drawing up study plans by running winter studies, running schools, reading newspapers, etc. The cultural level and political consciousness of the rural masses have been raised. The labor heroes also participated in the creation of popular culture and created a large number of works reflecting new life and new characters, which promoted the rise and development of the popular literary and artistic movement in Shanxi and Suiyuan Border region. The labor hero movement promoted the change of the rural society in wartime, and made the countryside have obvious changes in the economic, political, spiritual, ideological and social ethos. The recovery of the economy and the marked improvement in the living standards of the peasants; the liberation of rural women, the gradual breaking of the vulgarity of inferiority and superiority of men and women, and the popularity of the pursuit of equality between men and women; and the rise of popular cultural movements among the masses. The increase in recreational activities has enriched the spiritual life of the masses; great changes have taken place in the consciousness of the masses, the consciousness of the glorious labor has gradually formed, and the feudal superstition and the therapy of eliminating ghosts and treating diseases that harm the people in the countryside have gradually been questioned. People began to advocate science, life also began to pay attention to hygiene. Although the wartime labor hero movement has passed, the election labor model has continued until now. The spirit of the labor hero is the concentrated embodiment of the socialist core values, which is of great significance to the construction of socialist spiritual civilization.
