【摘要】：民國前期賈汪礦區(qū)的政治生態(tài)和社會秩序,隨著國家政權(quán)建設(shè)的逐步深入,呈階段性起伏波動之勢。民初對紳權(quán)既尊重又約束的制度安排,保障了礦區(qū)的有序發(fā)展。1920年代末國家權(quán)力全面擴(kuò)張,政治失意、經(jīng)濟(jì)受損的鄉(xiāng)村"保護(hù)人"即曾為地方利益代言的鄉(xiāng)紳投向逐利性基層國家權(quán)力,轉(zhuǎn)化為漁利型掮客,導(dǎo)致礦區(qū)失序。1933年國家權(quán)力重新調(diào)整后,新崛起的地方精英與職能強(qiáng)化的地方政府致力于鄉(xiāng)村利益和社會公正,修復(fù)了礦區(qū)秩序。礦區(qū)政治和秩序的變化,從根本上說是政權(quán)建設(shè)中制度變革特別是國家權(quán)力配置不斷調(diào)適的結(jié)果,區(qū)域性生態(tài)環(huán)境的影響并不明顯;而忽視這種階段性特征,單純說政權(quán)建設(shè)成功或失敗有失偏頗。
[Abstract]:The political ecology and social order of the Jiawang mining area in the early period of the Republic of China, with the gradual deepening of the state power construction, showed a stage of fluctuating and fluctuating stages. The system arrangement of respecting and restricting the power of the gentry in the early days of the Republic of China ensured the orderly development of the mining area in the late.1920 years. The local gentry, which has been endorsed by the local interests, turned to the power of the grass-roots level state and turned into a fishing profit broker, which led to the readjustment of the state power in the mining area for.1933 years. The newly rising local elites and functions strengthened by local governments were committed to the rural interests and social justice, and restored the order of the mining areas. It is the result of the continuous adjustment of the institutional change, especially the allocation of state power in the construction of the regime, and the influence of the regional ecological environment is not obvious. But ignoring this stage characteristic, the success or failure of the construction of the regime simply is biased.
