【摘要】：在南京臨時(shí)政府籌建過程中,武昌軍政府和東南精英都各自做出了貢獻(xiàn),孫中山雖身處國(guó)外,但也發(fā)揮巨大的影響力,起了推動(dòng)作用,并因此成為眾望所歸的組織臨時(shí)政府最合適人選。當(dāng)選臨時(shí)大總統(tǒng)后,他按照革命方略施行軍法之治,可在實(shí)際運(yùn)作中遭到民主意識(shí)覺醒的諸同志所抵制,以致相關(guān)計(jì)劃"格而不行",因此他認(rèn)為自己的首次軍法之治失敗了。的確,三個(gè)月的總統(tǒng)任期、政令不出南京的現(xiàn)實(shí),給予他施展拳腳的時(shí)空有限,除了頒布系列政令規(guī)章外,他并無什么實(shí)際的作為。對(duì)于這次軍法之治的失敗,孫中山耿耿于懷,也做了反思和總結(jié)。不過他只是從內(nèi)部找原因,忽略了更為錯(cuò)綜復(fù)雜的外部因素和歷史條件,這就注定了他后來的革命歷程仍是一番苦斗。
[Abstract]:In the interim government of Nanjing to build process, the military government of Wuchang and the Southeast Elites both made their contributions, Sun Zhongshan is living abroad, but also exert great influence, played a role in promoting, and thus become the most suitable candidate. The provisional government was elected interim president after he performed military rule in accordance with the revolutionary strategy.
