【摘要】：李宗羲是晚清重要封疆大吏,歷經(jīng)道光、咸豐、同治和光緒四朝,由科舉入仕,最后官至兩江總督。從政中,李宗羲潔身自好,勤懇做事,不追名逐利。早年在安徽任職時,參與過鎮(zhèn)壓太平天國的運動,此后升任江寧布政使,山西巡撫和兩江總督,多次辭官不受,始終保持為國為民兢兢業(yè)業(yè)之心,對當(dāng)?shù)匕傩蘸蜕鐣龀隽酥匾暙I。李宗羲為官清廉,有良好的品行操守,雖然不如曾國藩、李鴻章、張之洞、劉坤一等有名望,但仍然是晚清咸同時期重要的疆臣。加強對李宗羲的研究,對于了解李宗羲本人與咸同社會有著重要意義。本文主要是對李宗羲從政生涯的研究,主要包含四部分:第一部分是對李宗羲初期為官的研究,包含參與鎮(zhèn)壓太平天國,新修瓜州運河以及整理厘局、創(chuàng)辦招墾法等;第二部分是對李宗羲任職山西巡撫的研究,以整頓吏治、招募晉勇、辦理河防和教化民心為中心進行研究;第三部分是對李宗羲任職兩江總督的研究,包括李宗羲的海防思想,移風(fēng)易俗,任職兩江的局限等內(nèi)容;第四部分為李宗羲的人際關(guān)系的研究,探討李宗羲與嚴樹森、曾國藩、李鴻章等人的人際關(guān)系,分析李宗羲從政以來的升遷與為官操守等問題。本文從李宗羲為官之路入手,結(jié)合現(xiàn)有材料,把李宗羲的從政經(jīng)歷闡述清楚,以便對他做出全面的評價。
[Abstract]:Li Zongxi was an important official in the late Qing Dynasty. After the four dynasties of Daoguang, Xianfeng, Tongzhi and Guang Xu, he entered the official office from imperial examination to the governor of the two rivers. In politics, Li Zongxi was clean and diligent. In his early years in Anhui, he took part in the campaign to suppress the Taiping Heavenly Kingdom. After that, he was promoted to be the envoy of Jiang Ning, the governor of Shanxi Province and the Governor of the two Rivers. Li Zongxi is a clean official and has good moral integrity, although not as famous as Zeng Guofan, Li Hongzhang, Zhang Zhidong, Liu Kunyi and so on. However, it is still an important minister in the same period of the late Qing Dynasty. It is of great significance to understand Li Zongxi himself and Xiantong society by strengthening the study of Li Zongxi. This paper mainly focuses on the study of Li Zongxi's political career. It mainly includes four parts: the first part is the study of Li Zongxi as an official in the early period, including participating in the suppression of the Taiping Heavenly Kingdom, the new construction of the Guazhou Canal, the arrangement of the Bureau, the establishment of the reclamation law, and so on; The second part is the study of Li Zongxi serving as governor of Shanxi Province, focusing on rectifying the administration of officials, recruiting Jin Yong, handling river prevention and indoctrination of the people. The third part is the study of Li Zongxi's serving as Governor of the two Rivers, including Li Zongxi's thought of coastal defense, the change of customs, the limitation of serving on the two Rivers, and so on. The 4th part is the study of Li Zongxi's interpersonal relationship, and discusses the interpersonal relationship between Li Zongxi and Yan Shusen, Zeng Guofan, Li Hongzhang and so on. This paper analyzes the promotion and conduct of Li Zongxi since he came into politics. This article starts with Li Zongxi's way of being an official and combines the existing materials to expound Li Zongxi's political experience so as to make a comprehensive evaluation of him.
