【摘要】：新中國建立后，國內(nèi)外形勢嚴(yán)峻，黨和政府通過建立農(nóng)民協(xié)會去完成土地改革、基層政權(quán)構(gòu)建以及調(diào)節(jié)農(nóng)村階級關(guān)系和社會關(guān)系這一鄉(xiāng)村基層社會的三大主要戰(zhàn)略任務(wù)。 農(nóng)民協(xié)會以貧農(nóng)、雇農(nóng)作為協(xié)會的骨干力量，在全國范圍內(nèi)建立了完整的體系。它通過宣傳黨和政府的土地政策，提高了廣大農(nóng)民的思想政治覺悟，調(diào)動了農(nóng)民積極參與土地改革的政治熱情。在土地改革中，通過階級劃分，沒收地主土地和其他財產(chǎn)，將土地等勝利果實(shí)進(jìn)行重新分配，，實(shí)現(xiàn)了農(nóng)民的土地所有制。此外，農(nóng)民協(xié)會還破除了大量封建迷信活動，宣揚(yáng)了男女平等，提高了廣大婦女的社會地位。 農(nóng)民協(xié)會所領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的土地改革的勝利完成，實(shí)現(xiàn)了農(nóng)民的土地所有制，提高了農(nóng)民的生產(chǎn)積極性，使農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)水平逐步恢復(fù)，國家經(jīng)濟(jì)形勢有所好轉(zhuǎn)。隨著土地改革的基本完成，國家鄉(xiāng)村政權(quán)重構(gòu)的實(shí)現(xiàn)，加之傳統(tǒng)思想的束縛，農(nóng)民協(xié)會蓬勃發(fā)展的外力和內(nèi)力也相應(yīng)缺失，再加之農(nóng)民協(xié)會自身的不足，使得農(nóng)民協(xié)會悄然退出了歷史舞臺。
[Abstract]:After the founding of New China, the situation at home and abroad was grim. The Party and the government completed the land reform through the establishment of peasant associations. The construction and regulation of rural class relations and social relations are the three major strategic tasks of rural grassroots society. The peasant association, with the poor peasants and the employed peasants as the backbone of the association, has established a complete system throughout the country. It has raised the ideological and political consciousness of the broad masses of peasants through the propaganda of the Party's and the government's land policies. In the agrarian reform, through class division, the landlords and other property were confiscated, and the land and other victorious fruits were redistributed. Farmers' land ownership has been realized. In addition, farmers' associations have also eliminated a large number of feudal superstitions, preached equality between men and women, and raised the social status of the vast number of women. The successful completion of the agrarian reform led by the farmers' association has brought about the ownership of the land by the peasants, improved their enthusiasm for production, and gradually restored the level of agricultural production. With the basic completion of the land reform, the realization of the reconstruction of the national rural regime, and the shackles of the traditional thinking, the external and internal forces of the peasant association's vigorous development were also lacking. Coupled with the lack of peasant associations themselves, peasant associations quietly withdrew from the historical stage.
