【摘要】：明代,朝廷針對云南各民族發(fā)展不平衡的歷史特點,在云南有目的地進(jìn)行了改土歸流,當(dāng)時的改土歸流不是一刀切,而是根據(jù)不同的情況分別進(jìn)行,對于不服從朝廷進(jìn)行反叛的土司堅決進(jìn)行改土歸流,這是一種制度變革;在已經(jīng)進(jìn)行了改土歸流的地區(qū),為了維護(hù)社會安定,仍然保留部分級別較低的土官土目,這是不完全的改土歸流,也屬于制度變革;對于那些還具有強(qiáng)大政治力量的少數(shù)民族土司和不具備改土歸流的地區(qū),為了不引起社會的劇烈動蕩,就不勉強(qiáng)推行改土歸流;對于那些服從朝廷的調(diào)遣,并且與朝廷緊密合作的土司,朝廷則給予保留,暫時不進(jìn)行改土歸流。
[Abstract]:In the Ming Dynasty, in view of the historical characteristics of the imbalance in the development of various nationalities in Yunnan, the imperial court purposefully changed the land and returned to flow in Yunnan. At that time, the reform was not a one-size-fits-all process, but was carried out separately according to different conditions. This is a kind of institutional change in the determined efforts of the Tusi Division, which is not convinced by the rebellion from the imperial court, to reform the land and return to flow. In the areas where the conversion has already been carried out, in order to maintain social stability, some of the lower rank Tuguan and earthen are still retained. This is not a complete reform of the land and return to flow, but also a system change; for those ethnic minority toast and areas that do not have a strong political power, in order not to cause severe social unrest, they do not reluctantly implement the reform. For those from the court, and close cooperation with the court, the court to reserve, not to return to the land.
