【摘要】：道光朝的義倉建設,以獎勵勸辦為主要手段,在倉儲職能、救助手段、管理模式、運營方式等等方面,均迥異于雍乾時期的社倉制度。這種制度變革的探索促成了義倉的一度興盛,它拉開了晚清義倉興起的大幕,對同、光年間義倉的蓬勃發(fā)展提供了制度借鑒。另一方面,政策的刺激、執(zhí)行層面的問題等也對義倉的形象和發(fā)展造成了一些負面影響。
[Abstract]:Daoguang Dynasty's construction of righteousness warehouse is different from the system of social warehouse in Yongqian period in the aspects of storage function, rescue means, management mode, operation mode and so on. The exploration of this kind of system reform contributed to the prosperity of Yibin, which opened the curtain of the rise of Yibin in the late Qing Dynasty, and provided institutional reference for the vigorous development of Yibin in Guangnian. On the other hand, policy stimulation and executive problems also have some negative effects on the image and development of Yizang.
