本文介紹了中哈雙邊經(jīng)貿(mào)關(guān)系的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,并分析了中哈雙邊經(jīng)貿(mào)關(guān)系的快速發(fā)展的原因以及存在的主要問題,并對如何促進(jìn)中哈雙邊經(jīng)貿(mào)發(fā)展提出了對策。過去二十年,哈薩克斯坦和中國在各個(gè)領(lǐng)域建立了相互信任和有效的合作。中哈雙方的產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)互補(bǔ)性強(qiáng),雙邊貿(mào)易的規(guī)模不斷擴(kuò)大,邊境貿(mào)易增長迅速。哈薩克斯坦與中國在政治和經(jīng)濟(jì)方面關(guān)系已經(jīng)超過所有其他中亞國家。與此同時(shí),雙邊貿(mào)易結(jié)構(gòu)的失衡以及落后的基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施成為雙邊經(jīng)貿(mào)關(guān)系發(fā)展的主要障礙。最后,為了促進(jìn)雙方經(jīng)貿(mào)關(guān)系的進(jìn)一步發(fā)展,作者提出必須加強(qiáng)基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè),尤其是建設(shè)與運(yùn)輸和物流服務(wù)有關(guān)的基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施,這有助于降低雙邊貿(mào)易成本。同時(shí)中哈雙方都應(yīng)該改善商品結(jié)構(gòu),促進(jìn)雙邊貿(mào)易平衡。另外,站在哈薩克斯坦和中國長遠(yuǎn)合作的角度上考慮,還必須進(jìn)一步加深和拓寬雙方合作的深度和廣度,如進(jìn)一步減少限制,擴(kuò)大雙方邊境地區(qū)工業(yè)生產(chǎn)的合作規(guī)模,利用中國“一帶一路”發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略提供的機(jī)遇,積極共同擴(kuò)展與中亞地區(qū)其他國家的經(jīng)貿(mào)合作。
