【摘要】：黨的十八大以來,面對(duì)新的國(guó)際環(huán)境,習(xí)近平總書記創(chuàng)造性地提出了一系列外交思想,兼具"使命意識(shí)"、"時(shí)代精神"、"創(chuàng)新思維"和"戰(zhàn)略意識(shí)"的中國(guó)特色大國(guó)外交理論得以形成,并對(duì)新形勢(shì)下的中國(guó)外交提供了動(dòng)力和行動(dòng)指引,充分引領(lǐng)中國(guó)特色大國(guó)外交實(shí)踐,促進(jìn)新型外交格局的形成。中國(guó)特色大國(guó)外交理論在堅(jiān)持中國(guó)特色大國(guó)自信和維護(hù)自身主權(quán)、安全、發(fā)展權(quán)益的基礎(chǔ)上,積極推動(dòng)全球治理理念創(chuàng)新和實(shí)踐創(chuàng)新,深化以發(fā)展全球伙伴關(guān)系為目標(biāo)的全方位外交格局,確立以"一帶一路"建設(shè)為引領(lǐng)的對(duì)外開放新格局,并努力維護(hù)亞洲地區(qū)包括中國(guó)周邊地區(qū)的穩(wěn)定,幫助第三世界國(guó)家發(fā)展,充分體現(xiàn)了中國(guó)特色價(jià)值觀以及強(qiáng)烈的責(zé)任感和使命感。在中國(guó)特色大國(guó)外交理論指引下,中國(guó)外交已經(jīng)在諸多方面取得了重大進(jìn)展。
[Abstract]:Since the 18th National Congress of the Party, facing the new international environment, General Secretary Xi Jinping has creatively put forward a series of diplomatic thoughts. The theory of "mission consciousness", "spirit of the times", "innovative thinking" and "strategic consciousness" has been formed, and has provided impetus and action guidance for Chinese diplomacy under the new situation. To fully guide the diplomatic practice of major powers with Chinese characteristics and promote the formation of a new diplomatic pattern. On the basis of upholding the confidence of the great powers with Chinese characteristics and safeguarding their own sovereignty, security and development rights and interests, the diplomatic theory of the great powers with Chinese characteristics actively promotes the innovation of the concept of global governance and the innovation of practice. Deepening the omni-directional diplomatic pattern aimed at developing global partnership, establishing a new pattern of opening to the outside world led by the "Belt and Road" construction, and striving to maintain the stability of the Asian region, including the surrounding areas of China, Helping third world countries to develop fully embodies the values of Chinese characteristics and a strong sense of responsibility and mission. Under the guidance of the theory of great powers' diplomacy with Chinese characteristics, China's diplomacy has made great progress in many aspects.
