【摘要】：現(xiàn)代世界政治經(jīng)濟(jì)新秩序從16世紀(jì)起開(kāi)始形成,直到兩次世界大戰(zhàn)后定型,總共經(jīng)歷了四百多年。在近代世界形成以前,古代亞、歐、非三大洲之間,存在著一個(gè)以“絲綢之路”為紐帶的互相貿(mào)易交往、文化交流的世界,我們稱(chēng)其為古代大陸體系。西方近代以來(lái)的大航海和地理大發(fā)現(xiàn),使得跨越大西洋、太平洋的遠(yuǎn)洋航線(xiàn)將新、老大陸連接為一個(gè)整體,伴隨著科學(xué)技術(shù)的發(fā)展和工業(yè)革命,建立在海洋體系之上的現(xiàn)代世界政治經(jīng)濟(jì)秩序得以形成,并且促進(jìn)了現(xiàn)代工業(yè)社會(huì)爆發(fā)式大發(fā)展。但是,隨著兩次世界大戰(zhàn)的爆發(fā)及現(xiàn)代地區(qū)沖突的不斷,以民族國(guó)家為主體的國(guó)際秩序越來(lái)越遭遇嚴(yán)重的危機(jī),全球發(fā)展失衡、生態(tài)問(wèn)題和資源危機(jī)使得世界秩序面臨新的變革。面對(duì)嚴(yán)峻的挑戰(zhàn),歐盟和中國(guó)都在積極推動(dòng)變革�！耙粠б宦贰庇�(jì)劃的提出,將推動(dòng)新的歷史時(shí)期亞、歐、非大陸體系的重建,并因此而醞釀一個(gè)世界政治經(jīng)濟(jì)新秩序的誕生。
[Abstract]:The new political and economic order of the modern world began to form from the 16th century until it was finalized after the two world wars, and it went through a total of more than 400 years. Before the formation of the modern world, there were three continents in ancient Asia, Europe and Africa. There is a world of mutual trade and cultural exchanges linked by the Silk Road, which we call the ancient continental system. The great maritime and geographical discoveries of the West since modern times have made it possible to cross the Atlantic Ocean. With the development of science and technology and the industrial revolution, the modern world political and economic order based on the ocean system was formed. And promoted the explosive development of the modern industrial society. However, with the outbreak of the two world wars and the continuous conflicts in modern regions, the international order with the nation-state as the main body is experiencing more and more serious crises, and the global development is out of balance. Ecological problems and resource crises have made the world order face new changes. In the face of severe challenges, both the European Union and China are actively promoting change. The proposal of the "Belt and Road" plan will promote the reconstruction of the Asian, European, and non-continental systems in the new historical period. And thus brewing the birth of a new world political and economic order.
