【摘要】：美國(guó)增兵、政局隱患、經(jīng)濟(jì)困難、塔利班等因素將繼續(xù)影響阿富汗的安全形勢(shì),使其短期內(nèi)難以取得根本性的好轉(zhuǎn),但也不大可能出現(xiàn)安全形勢(shì)的急劇惡化。穩(wěn)定的阿富汗有利于絲綢之路經(jīng)濟(jì)帶的建設(shè),但即使是安全形勢(shì)相對(duì)惡化,阿富汗對(duì)絲綢之路經(jīng)濟(jì)帶的影響也是有限的,不應(yīng)夸大這種影響。因?yàn)榘⒏缓共皇墙z綢之路經(jīng)濟(jì)帶的樞紐或核心節(jié)點(diǎn),阿富汗安全形勢(shì)對(duì)絲綢之路經(jīng)濟(jì)帶建設(shè)的影響主要是通過(guò)影響中亞來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)的,是間接的、有限的。中國(guó)目前正在更積極地參與阿富汗事務(wù),但也應(yīng)更加謹(jǐn)慎,避免過(guò)度卷入。
[Abstract]:The increase in US troops, political risks, economic difficulties, Taliban and other factors will continue to affect the security situation in Afghanistan and make it difficult to make a fundamental improvement in the short term. But it is unlikely that there will be a sharp deterioration of the security situation. A stable Afghanistan will be conducive to the construction of the Silk Road Economic Belt, but even if the security situation is relatively deteriorating, Afghanistan's influence on the Silk Road Economic Belt will be limited. This impact should not be exaggerated... Because Afghanistan is not the hub or core node of the Silk Road economic belt, and the impact of the security situation in Afghanistan on the construction of the Silk Road economic belt is mainly realized through its influence on Central Asia and is indirect. China is now more actively involved in Afghanistan, but should also be more cautious and avoid excessive involvement.
