【摘要】：黨的十八大以來,中國(guó)繼續(xù)深度融入國(guó)際體系,尤其是從國(guó)際體系的邊緣逐漸進(jìn)入中央?yún)^(qū)域,中國(guó)的國(guó)際地位也進(jìn)一步得到提升。因此,中國(guó)外交的理論與實(shí)踐都不斷創(chuàng)新。當(dāng)然,中國(guó)外交的理論創(chuàng)新既有理論前提又有實(shí)踐基礎(chǔ),形成了以共生、共存、共治、共享、共建為內(nèi)容的五大外交理念,以共同價(jià)值、共同發(fā)展、共同安全、共同利益為內(nèi)容的外交價(jià)值,以發(fā)展新型大國(guó)關(guān)系、新型多邊外交、新型周邊關(guān)系、新型的對(duì)發(fā)展中國(guó)家關(guān)系為內(nèi)容的外交實(shí)踐。而中國(guó)外交理論與實(shí)踐創(chuàng)新的邏輯紐帶就是"一帶一路"倡議,即通過"一帶一路"推進(jìn)沿線國(guó)家的社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展來構(gòu)建利益共同體、責(zé)任共同體和命運(yùn)共同體。然而,在實(shí)現(xiàn)這個(gè)目標(biāo)的過程中,"一帶一路"以及中國(guó)的外交理論與實(shí)踐都將會(huì)遭遇諸多風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。也正因?yàn)槿绱?中國(guó)外交理論與實(shí)踐的創(chuàng)新也必將永遠(yuǎn)在路上。
[Abstract]:Since the 18th National Congress of the Party, China has continued to integrate deeply into the international system, especially from the edge of the international system to the central region, and China's international position has also been further enhanced. The theory and practice of China's diplomacy are constantly innovating. Of course, the theoretical innovation of China's diplomacy has both theoretical premises and practical foundation, and has formed five major diplomatic concepts of symbiosis, coexistence, co-governance, sharing and co-construction, with a common value. The diplomatic value of common development, common security and common interests in order to develop a new type of great power relationship, a new type of multilateral diplomacy, a new type of peripheral relationship, A new type of diplomatic practice based on relations between developing countries. And the logical link between the innovation of China's diplomatic theory and practice is the "Belt and Road" initiative. That is, to build a community of interests, a community of responsibility and a community of destiny through "Belt and Road" to promote the social and economic development of the countries along the route. In the process of achieving this goal, Belt and Road, as well as China's diplomatic theory and practice, will encounter many risks. Because of this, the innovation of Chinese diplomatic theory and practice will always be on the way.
