【摘要】："一帶一路"沿線國家散落著無數(shù)珍貴的人類物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn),加強(qiáng)沿線國家和地區(qū)物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)的保存與修復(fù)是塑造我國國際形象、提高我國國際影響力的重要舉措,同時(shí)也是"一帶一路"文化戰(zhàn)略的重要組成部分。然而,需加強(qiáng)研究"一帶一路"文化遺產(chǎn)保護(hù)與修復(fù)面臨的問題,自然環(huán)境變化、戰(zhàn)爭與沖突破壞、人為的破壞與盜取、專業(yè)保護(hù)與修復(fù)人員缺乏等嚴(yán)重威脅和損毀著"一帶一路"沿線的物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)。針對所存在的問題提出加強(qiáng)保護(hù)與修復(fù)的具體措施與對策建議,我國與沿線國家和地區(qū)要一道大力落實(shí)物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)的具體修復(fù)與保護(hù)措施。
[Abstract]:The countries along "Belt and Road" are scattered with countless precious material and cultural heritage of mankind. Strengthening the preservation and restoration of the material cultural heritage of the countries and regions along the route is an important measure to shape the international image of our country and enhance its international influence. At the same time, it is also an important part of Belt and Road's cultural strategy. However, it is necessary to strengthen the study of the problems faced with the protection and restoration of the cultural heritage of "Belt and Road", the changes in the natural environment, the destruction of war and conflict, the man-made destruction and theft, The lack of professional protection and restoration personnel has seriously threatened and damaged the material and cultural heritage along "Belt and Road". In view of the existing problems, specific measures and countermeasures for strengthening protection and restoration are put forward. Together with the countries and regions along the route, China should vigorously implement the concrete restoration and protection measures for material and cultural heritage.
