【摘要】：身處利益集團無處不在的今天,以TPP和"一帶一路"為代表的區(qū)域自由貿(mào)易協(xié)定將會造成區(qū)域貿(mào)易集團鼎立,還是多邊自由貿(mào)易?基于上述思考,本文構建了一個特定要素模型下的區(qū)域自由貿(mào)易協(xié)定分析框架,并利用30個主要貿(mào)易國家2007-2013年的數(shù)據(jù)進行了回答。結果表明:伴隨區(qū)域自由貿(mào)易協(xié)定的簽訂,協(xié)定內(nèi)國家將會降低他們對協(xié)定外國家的外部關稅,協(xié)定參與國越多、越注重利益集團則下降幅度越大;與此同時,無論是協(xié)定內(nèi)國家間的貿(mào)易流量,還是協(xié)定內(nèi)國家與協(xié)定外國家間的貿(mào)易流量都會隨著協(xié)議的簽訂而增加;另外,各國社會福利以及多邊自由貿(mào)易化的可能性也會增加。
[Abstract]:With interest groups everywhere today, the regional free trade agreements, represented by TPP and Belt and Road, will result in regional trade blocs or multilateral free trade. Based on the above considerations, this paper constructs an analytical framework of regional free trade agreements (RFTA) based on a specific element model, and answers it using the data of 30 major trading countries from 2007 to 2013. The results show that: with the signing of regional free trade agreements, The countries in the agreement will reduce their external tariffs on foreign parties to the agreement, and the greater the number of participants in the agreement, the greater the focus on interest groups; at the same time, whether it is the flow of trade among the States in the agreement, Trade flows between countries and foreign countries will increase with the signing of the agreement, and the social welfare and the possibility of multilateral free trade will also increase.
