【摘要】：正中國國際貿易學會貿學會字【2017】9號當前世界經(jīng)濟正處于新舊增長動能轉換,經(jīng)濟復蘇乏力,貿易保護主義、去全球化思潮抬頭的關鍵階段。面對世界形勢更加復雜多變、國際格局加速調整的局面,如何根據(jù)中央經(jīng)濟工作會議和全國商務工作會議精神要求,正確認識經(jīng)濟發(fā)展新常態(tài)下商務領域正在發(fā)生的深刻變化,準確研判國際國內形勢,堅持穩(wěn)中求進工作總基調,以供給側結構性改革為主線,將"一帶一路"建設作為新時期對外開放和經(jīng)濟外交的頂層設計,加強預期引導,深化創(chuàng)新驅動,進一步擴大對外開放,全力做好商務領域穩(wěn)增長、促改革、調結構、惠民生、防風險工作,保持國內外
[Abstract]:The current world economy is in the new old growth kinetic energy conversion, the economic recovery is weak, the trade protectionism. In the face of the more complex and changeable world situation and the accelerated adjustment of the international structure, how to meet the spiritual requirements of the Central Economic work Conference and the National Business work Conference. We should correctly understand the profound changes that are taking place in the field of business under the new normal of economic development, accurately study the international and domestic situation, adhere to the general tone of pursuing work in a steady and steady manner, and take the supply-side structural reform as the main line. Take the "Belt and Road" construction as the top design for opening up to the outside world and economic diplomacy in the new period, strengthen the expected guidance, deepen the drive of innovation, further expand the opening up, do a good job of steady growth in the business field, and promote reform.
